It is kind of tricky to balance on the one hand the investors' interest of getting the most tokens for the lowest price and on the other hand the developers' necessity to ensure the value of raised money meets the cost of development. I was skeptical about this project, but the last line on the last page of the whitepaper made me change my mind:

Government regulators
Business value of benefits received: Ability to issue fines to owners whose cars do not meet such requirements

Now I am sure this will be a huge success

I hope that in reality it is as easy to conduct the works as it shows the WPP, Organ regulators will be enough flexible for VLB by what I read in their answers. Some kind of influence in the scope for such?

I think VLB is tailor made to be government compliant to avoid future problems that may occur with regards to regulations and that is good.

I was not thinking about financial compliance. I was thinking about the government supporting VLB for creating a project that allows them to get more money by more effectively imposing traffic fines upon car owners

He is just assuming and positive that there is a chance that VLB will be supported by the government and I do believe it can happen. Maybe, but their big partners would join early to get the reduced price.

Sure, but there could be deals between VLB and the partners to get a discount in some other way. Total speculation btw. But you do see sometimes that ICOs that aren't going very wll (not the case for VLB) all of a sudden get an enormous boost at the end of their ICO. I get the feeling that when that happens whales are involved who came in to "save" the project.

Ye I could see how government institutions, and people could benefit from the platform, but most of the govenrments are run by ignorant, money- minded people, who just follow orders that come from above, they dont ask questions, they do what they are told. So unless there is profit to be made to people in high power positions (rich people, positioned above governments), I dont see many governments implementing that tech.  And if there is someone else making profit in the middle, then the whole point of this project has gone missing.

I'm not surprised at all, i mean the minimum to invest is 100 ETH though. Maybe it's from big company that invested on VLB.

I also think that the harcap can be reached, the project is very good, VLB is a unique blockchain project with serious partnership, the ico will go very well, they already raised a pretty good amount.

Yeah, with the good result from the pre-sale, pretty sure VLB will reach the hardcap for sure. That is quite sick though, VLB can collected many funds only from pre-sale. It's a good sign of course.

Honestly if I will have that kind of money then I will do the same, this project is really revolutionary, that's why a lot of investors are really putting their money on this project. This project could be the next big thing for crypto, it offers a lot of features that could change not just the vehicle industry but also the world of cryptocurrency and if you've been updated with the ico sales then a lot of people are already adopting to this project and taking a hold of this token while the price is still super affordable. I'm confident that in just a couple of months then that 3000 eth that someone invested could be tripled or even quadrupled. This project really highlights transparency that's why a lot of investors wants to be future partners of this company, just showing how transparent they are with their budget just proves the kind of service they are willing to offer to their customers.
