When this issue appeared before releasing this in public they had to contact exchanges to stop trading operations but that is still going on nonstop. This swap thing will not work here after all those who bought from exchanges they bought real tokens. It is becoming complicated what the solution will be overall doesn't look good what the damage is.

And which one is an official now? . Truth to be told i dont' really understand how would that swap work, so everyone who moved their tokens from the original address is fucked because they can't prove that we didn't buy them elsewhere? I don't think that that is a real plan anyway. There's no way that could be legal.

Exactly, both sides are playing a game here. Founders thought that they will be able to print additional tokens to sell fast on the exchange when the price was still high. CEO is not stupid and saw founders move as an opportunity to take everything, take over Envion. We know that his friends, actually Envion advisors did similar with other company. I still think that courts don't let to steal from investors and bounty hunters. From what I understand money collected in ICO are deposited safely in a bank account. if no agreement will be possible I hope they will return the money back to investors.

I mean, they didn't promise absurd returns or something else, they just promised dividends around 60%/yearly .. is that so much? i don't think.. there are so many projects and masternodes that gives you so much and also much more.. so why investors should have a lesson from this?

it's just the judgment of the people they have different opinions so we must have own principles, indeed if the envion price is seen only $ 0.13 very far when compared to the current price of ICO hopefully this temporary problem that can be solved in the near future.
