There was a lot of fuzz around envion and because of their failure we was able to convince several people to invest into their own mining farm instead, which we setup and manage for them with our inhouse software solution.

I hope so 2 but my mainconcern atm is that I(we) get our invested money back whats left of it and making sure the Founders/MW are not claiming any of their tokens to steal our money.
Im sure we  wont get 100% back  the missing funds i guess we can try and sue the Founders and MW for it seems like a lot of Mistakes where made on their side and probably some criminal acts but thats for the lawyers to decide.
I personally will definatly look for legal ways to make them pay other then just giving whats left of the money they stole from us back if that compensation will be in money or jail time for them i dont care to much about.

Yes, they raised more than 100 million and it is very bad to know that we don't see any special announcement from the team about their progress. I hope the government will take some legal action towards Envion team.

more than $ 100 million USD ?? means that this is a very successful ICO because it managed to collect that much money, but then ended up being a scam project? this is very crazy, they must be punished and return investors' funds

Still, we don't have any news from team or from the concerned sources whether they are going to refund or not. There are many people lost hope on this envion team due to no repose from them or update from them.

They didn't appeal its being liquidated there is no going on from here .. from here there will be liquidation and after that lawsuits for the founders&Laurent and MW.

Sorry to day that, but the promises from envion were wrong from the start one, the math was wrong. It was calculated as the units were produced instantly - which is impossible. The more money was given to them the lower (!!) the ROI in the first year would've been, because all that money has to be converted into units first. And they were so slow in the process, that they were unable to proof any running units after months have passed.

The failure of envion was obvious in january '18 - at least IMO. Show me otherwise.

It is incredible what happened with Envion. In the middle of Europe, Germany these guys has stolen more than 100 million dollars and there is no any outcome. It is unbelievable. I put a lot of efforts for the bounty and all efforts is just wasted and a lot of investor lost their hard earned money. That is modern organized crime.

Incredible is the right word. Germany and Switzerland, where their company was registered, are supposed to be some of the most honest countries IN THE WORLD and the fact that thieves who have stolen over 100 million dollars are getting away with that instead of rotting now in some prison is simply untollerable. If the judicial system fails to actually deliver justice one cannot be surprised if and when victims end up looking for alternative ways to get justice.
