i already lost my trust a long time ago in this project , i checked my MEW wallet today and it was surprising that they are still worth some money , it is not much but it is still not worthless

They are now trying to trick investors into signing over their voting rights do NOT TRUST THEM DO NOT SIGN OVER YOUR VOTING POWER just trust that the liquidator will do their job.
They are trying to get control of enough voting power to make sure they get PAID for all their trado invoices(*padded bogus invoices) and the founders tokens .. that are worth NOTHING and should not be part of any refund since they delivered Nothing.

Yes, this is totally legit and if you have contacted them in the past about Envion and your claim then you should get an email lately from Efri.io with an answer about the claiming process which contains the link you quoted.

If you read carefully all the information on https://www.envion-konkurs.ch/en/guidelines-for-using-the-portal/ you will find that:

All creditors who assert claims from EVN tokens or their acquisition will have to file such claims in a portal especially developed for this purpose.
This portal ensures the complete claim registration and transmission of the tokens electronically.

The portal will be launched in a few days in connection with the call to creditors. The access to the portal will occur via this website.

To enable creditors to make optimum use of the portal, guidelines have already been uploaded.
Creditors can thus inform themselves in time about the functionality of the portal and compile the data and documents required for the claim registration.

lolxx no news and there will be no news in future project was long gone dead and its traces also. i have no idea about any refund now. there was 100 million$ to refund from where because at the end of ICO envion purchased huge amount of mining hardware from ICO funds. how can they recover that funds and from where?

If this project is a exit scam then why still trading on token store exchange and yobit ? I think mining hardware seized by law and there is anybody who got refund from envion so far ? Weird! who still trading this token on token store and EVN is on 255 rank on CMC.

some people may have sued refund but there is no clarity about it and still waiting, they should be able to do it quickly because they themselves decided

I hope they are trading because maybe they want to recover the loss, a coin with no developments and updates from the team will always help the coin to lose more value in the market. So I think it is not a good idea to trade the coin because we might lose more money because any time the coin value becomes zero.

it is indeed strange, Envion has been abandoned by its owner, I don't know the EVN market volume is real or not, for sure you have to be careful

Indeed only wash trading is happening right now they are just few people are involved into this. But this market is active on scam exchanges probably it will be really hard for people to take withdraw but it is officially dead project.

Once open, you can file your claims, regardless if you are

- ICO investor
- exchange buyer
- bounty hunter

All those groups did something for the tokens (work or paid). All this claims considered as valid claims. Others might file claims as well, but the vast majority of investors do not want additional (free) tokens to be in the same bucket. They (founder, advisors, company) should wait if there is something left.

note:
if you cannot access your tokens (for example you haven't received the PIN to unlock) or you have other issues, follow the guidelines published by the liquidator. It is all in the PDF. Read it!

I want to add that all bounty hunters should file the claim too. I have done it after consultation with the claiming service and they stated that everything is possible and if there will be enough claims, they will look deeper into the bounty case. From what I have described them, they think we should get paid but we have to take into consideration that people I have emailed with don thave any clue what bounty campaign is and all they understood was, that we did some work for Envion and should get paid in tokens for it. Anyways, I think is worth a try and not complicated to do, so why not?

There is no way to gather all bounty hunters together and only like this we have a chance. I talked with claiming service and they advised to fill up the claim anyway.

I tried to inform bounty hunters and encourage them to apply for the bounty tokens because there is still a chance we can get paid.

I think we can discuss this, but there have to be members willing to start all of this when chances are small. I still say we should do it.

One more time I encourage Envion bounty hunters who participated in campaigns and didn't get paid to answer in this thread, so we can start to discuss, how and when we proceed.

It would be great to inform other members if you know any from the bounty campaign. From what I know we have a chance to get paid but will explain it later if there will be any response.
