PM Havelock, they've been responsive to me.

Edit: It would be ideal with Havelock & friedcat would post something confirming the transition from TAT management to Havelock in the next update.

To prove that I'm not lying? ...

Both parties knew well before the announcement.

That is not what I meant, the issue is not with you. You've done a fine job of managing it and anyone who has used the PT would agree wholeheartedly. It's the transition process that has people a little bit on edge.

People are on edge? About what part of the process?

The fact that it will be someone else who's doing you've been doing for awhile. So far, they've been responsive and proactive in their efforts and that trust will come over time. Also, people are reading into it too much (myself included) that a board member would suddenly stop being one when ASICMiner in the process of developing/producing hardware en masse. You've said that it was time to move on and had other projects but for the average shareholder, the immediate question was 'Is there something that went wrong?'. At least, that was the general consensus (from what I read) that many have had since your announcement.

A few questions for those up to date in all things AM (I've not been following for a while):

1) At one point someone was keeping track of AM addresses with the number of shares.  It had some confirmed identities etc.  Does anyone know if that list is still around?

2) How many shares does one currently need to become a board member?

3) Is there a public list of current board members?

4) What perks/advantages come with becoming a board member?  Is it simply a spot at the table, access to information/plans ahead of the general public?

Thanks and sorry for the nub q's.

1) It was an incidental forum volunteer, someone would have to pick up his work and update it from an older post.
2) Was and always has been 5000 shares.
3) No the info is private other than those who announce it themselves like me and Jutarul.
4) Essentially you get to participate in meetings in an advisory role. You do not get particularly special access to detailed/early info. I believe it is also easier to become a franchise this way, but someone else would need to clarify.

Pointless musings to follow, just my thoughts/calculations after watching the share price movement today...

It really is amazing how quickly the price of this security can jump around on the slightest speculation.  It truly is a very thin market.

Currently, it would only take a purchase of 1044 shares (800.1569 btc) for an average cost of .766/share to raise the share price to 1btc/share.  This fact alone should incentivize large stakeholders to increase their own holdings by simply buying in with very little risk as they are looking at a ~25% return while increasing their existing holdings by 2x in the process.  Sentiment is strong with existing holders so selling pressure would be minimal (as proven by the currently unsustainable share price/dividend ratio)

Look for any good news to be used as a catalyst for a new crazy high valuation.

*disclaimer, I have recently purchased shares again.
