I think this is similar to LBRY and SNGLS in what they're trying to do, except they already have a working Alpha (checkout Alexandria) both have much higher market cap, so I think this has enormous potential to grow.

Yes, FloVault is used to manage all web based publisher accounts and wallets and is the same system running LiteVault for Litecoin.

One word if caution though. If you lose your password WE CANNOT RECOVER YOUR ACCOUNT. The password encrypts your wallet and all wallet functions are performed in your browser, Alexandria has no access to any coins stored there.

He's just adding pointless fear. A block halving has nothing to do with anything other than mining. The current reward for solving a block is 25 FLO. After the halving (in about a month) the block reward will be 12.5.

AGAIN -- Block halving has absolutely nothing to do with the platform, function, transactions, etc. It only affects mining. Historically, when this happens on a blockchain it increases the value of the coins -- because only half as much is rewarded per block mined.

Hi ! How familiar are you with the project? Are you aware of the distinction between the protocol layer (Open Index Protocol) and the application layer (Alexandria, Token.FM, etc)?
The answer to your question requires understanding that component - the protocol is permissionless and public, therefore literally anything can be published. However, the governance of OIP does include a note about "universally abhorrent" content - like child pornography, snuff pornography and hunting children for sport - and prohibits any compliant applications from allowing this kind of content to make money
At the application layer - every individual application will use filter lists to limit the content displayed - ie, Token.FM is a music streaming service, so they will not be displaying other kinds of content published to OIP
Alexandria is our application - and we intend for it to be as open as possible, as such we do not have any restrictions on content, beyond what is limited by the protocol - as i mentioned this is "universally abhorrent" content & illegal content/DMCA issues.

we just knew it wouldnt serve us to do so while in dev - our primary target audience is content creators, who prefer when technology is running smooth and isnt confusing
so if we got them all hyped up and they came along and found a work in progress, they wouldnt have a good impression of the project
