This should be in about 9 days at the current block generation rate of 300 per day.

Please update as soon as possible.

This fork is to adjust difficulty with every block. Current difficult adjustment is too infrequent and large, causing multi-pools to exploit this.

Also included in this Windows build:

* New OpenSSL version
* UPNP
* QR codes
