i checked few top users and almost everyone who is also in wcg have low tasks amount. roseta only users have no problem to gain 100+ tasks per computer it has definetely something to do with wcg and i think with mixing wcg/roseta configs together (as i wrote earlier)
i cant download more than 20 tasks pre machine, doest not matter how much cores... so lots of cores idling... but there is enough available tasks in roseta and when one task is completed, another one is downloaded. something from wcg must preventing roseta to download enough tasks...

Rob,
Can you explain how you arrived at the WCGRAC on getboincinfo? I've been reading the forum but I'm still confused.
It's just the UTC 00:00:00 WCG RAC amount * 1.5 (if you are running the latest wallet) * UTXO_Depression (IE 1.00 for 100%, .90 for 90% etc) The sanctuaries re-assess the WCG RAC the same way during the calculation of the Total RAC. Ok, so my question is then where you got the "WCG RAC amount". Is it the RAC on on the Rosetta website? I thought it was actually *2 right now, has the bug been fixed? The WCG Amount is the amount exported to BOINCs network from WCG at 00:00:00 UTC. You can find the closest value by running the Boinc GUI, clicking Projects, highlight the WCG row, and see what WCG shows for "Avg. Work Done". That is the number that is exported at midnight. (We dont use the Rosetta number, but instead, Rosetta pulls it in the same way we do, so our numbers should be pretty close to Rosettas display for your CPID). As far as the actual values multiplication factor, the Sanc doesnt have the bug, so if you are viewing the superblock view report you shouldnt be seeing a multiplication of 2*. If you are running the latest GUI biblepay-qt, you should be seeing the 1.5* factor now.

@Lightseeker ( ), is there a way to contribute binaries to your PPA? Previously I installed BiblePay via your repo and it was super easy and comfortable, but now there are no latest versions there, and I can offer my help and compile when you're not around, especially if it's a mandatory update. I usually follow BBP updates every day, so I think I would be able to compile in around 24 hours after an update. Hi inblue, there is now a nightly-build ppa for the situations when I can not build the packages right now ^^ https://launchpad.net/~biblepay/+archive/ubuntu/nightlyAn automatic checks for new commits and auto-builds the package if required It is quite new and I'm still testing it, but it looks good so far. When this and the new biblepay team in launchpad works good, I will announce it bigger Wow, automatic builds? That's amazing! Do you know how can I now switch from ppa:lichtsucher/biblepay to ppa:biblepay/stable or ppa:biblepay/nightly? I presume I first have to remove the current biblepay package and its PPA, so that nothing gets mixed up or something?

Hi Rob How can let the biblepayd auto start after Ubuntu system boot up? The previous tutorial is too old , the path does not seem to have related archive. Thanks crontab -e @reboot biblepayd --daemon

2) On the DMG, please check out the gitian-build and the apple dependencies required to build the DMG file. We are looking for a volunteer that wants to build the DMG after every release. I'm happy to help if it doesn't require an Apple Developer account and it can be done free. I have MacBook so I can compile stuff if you help me getting set up with the environment.

Is it just me or are the wallet download links missing from the main site?
I'll be honest, I thought at first you were some sort of bot/troll. But nope - they are missing indeed. And so is the roadmap. And the "path to success" Checked in Chrome & IE. Both "normal" mode and Incognito/Private. Something isn't right. Here are the links in the mean time: Windows 64 bit: https://www.biblepay.org/biblepaycore.exeWindows 32 bit: https://www.biblepay.org/biblepaycore32.exeTom, it looks like part of the website is missing. The wallet links and other parts of the website are back up now ... I turned them off for testing and forgot to re-activate them. Thanks for the heads up, I'm traveling today and didn't pay attention ... my mistake.

I'm seeing something curious I can't quite explain.
I'm attempting to reconcile my listed balance in the wallet with the sum of the balances listed in block explorer for each of the addresses in my wallet. It doesn't work.
I'm not off a TON - but about 1.4%, which on a balance of a several million is significant. And I'm not counting my immature coins either.
Any thoughts? Is this totally normal and I'm spun up about nothing? Am I just going about it in the wrong way?

If Lukes doesnt work try: -zapwallettxes=1 (There is also a GUI option for that in biblepay-qt) If that doesnt work try: repairwallet (from the RPC) Finally if all else fails: -reindex=1 Or even another last resort: Restore from an older backup wallet in \backups.

I just noticed Onii-Chan accidentally sent in a tiny UTXO: exec utxoreport af1a25971906fd8404b098272fbf7336
Onii, you risk losing your Whales Rewards. (Or maybe he wants to create 15 new masternodes).

You should be able to switch between lichtsucher/biblepay and biblepay/stable by changing the apt configs in /etc A switch between lichtsucher/biblepay or biblepay/stable and biblepay/nightly might be a little bit more problematic, as the versionnumbers are different. The nightly build uses a date-based versionnumber, so you might need to uninstall and reinstall biblepay

Could I have a favor please - we send out the orphan outbound letters in 3 days and there are a lot in the pool that are not upvoted - could we have 5-10 people please go into pool.biblepay.org and upvote some good letters?
Thanks!
Rob
PS I'll be borrowing the 250K for letter writing fees later today in order to implement phase 1 rewards for letter-writing.
EDIT: I'll make the list filtered by unsent to make this a little easier!

What are the requirements to upvote? If I click on an outbound letter it acts like I can edit, but I see no buttons.

I was just talking to MIP and he has to buy an apple developer license for the iPhone (for our upcoming iPhone mobile wallet that he is creating), and hes buying a MAC today, so he just volunteered that Most Likely, he will be able to become our config manager for MAC, and create a DMG build script for us! THANKS MIP!
