I guess that any ICO which change the rules is lost a lot of confidence of its community and this will be the cause of dump after the listing for sure.

this situation always feels disappointed to me. when i see the change rules in any campaign, it loses importance and trust.
i start to think about the reality of the project and the team. they have to think about the all rules before they publish and share them with the participants. the small changes are okey but big ones sometimes might be annoying and unacceptable.

I do not like when developers change the rules. It's not fair. But this can be justified only if the rules change for the better. But I have not yet met projects in which the rules were changed for the better. Organizers of the bounty must fulfill their promises.

Yeah in that case that was very disappointing but for sure they have  their reasons why they change their rules and regulations in ICO but it can loosing their confidence to choose them again whe we apply for campaign.Loosing our trust and feeling disappointed but as far as I know I am not encountering now changing rules the manager of the campaign is I really trusted for being responsible.

Situations are different and the rules can be changed in some cases. But if you change the rules, you need to announce this to everyone to see: in bold, red, in the branch and the starting post.

How do you feel about the fact that in some bounty companies change the date of delivery of reports. Change the amount of coins.
In general, at the height of the advertising company do what they want. I am amazed at this dishonest game. What is your opinion?

Some campaigns do this thing. Subject to change without notice. They should inform the bounty campaign first, or else they will get negative trust from the moderator. SOme campaign manager will give 1 week or 2 weeks to change their rules which are good.

i think that's very disappointed, changing rules In the middle of the campaign, but the fact that they change the rules because they have enough reasons to do so will maybe acceptable. Aslong as the participants will get paid the right amount in exchange to the work they've done I think that's not a problem. Magbe the campaign have to explain to the participants the reasons why they change rules for them not be in doubt.

I do not like it and many people do not like it. It is not always possible to notice the change quickly. I hope managers in the future from the very beginning will think through everything. But we are all people and not from errors is not insured.

Lots of things are happening in crypto. Some of these project are shifting because they did't do their homework or suddenly something happened and they compensate.
And because of high returns in crypto, nobody want to waist their time on these ''acquired'' changes. Even when they are in most cases dishonest.

It is somehow disappointing but things happen. They should make an announcement prior to implementing changes.

We don't have changed nothing from the beggining of our bounty program. Everything is clear, so you can join us here if you wish: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2579270.msg26269697#msg26269697

No, campaigns wont really changed rules on half-way because there would really be lots of complaints while they are on the middle of the sale. Usually they do changed up rules when they either hit up their cap or accumulate  on the amount that they do set. Tending to changed bounty allocation would really pissed you up knowing that most bounty campaigns do really last long and if tokens being paid up to your isnt enough for the work you have made .

Entering the campaign with specific rules, you calculate your work. Change of rules is always negative. Managers should change them only in extreme cases and in advance to warn

If it was originally written in rules that can affect the campaign for generosity, then you can decide for yourself.

This is inded disappointing ,but if forced or there is a violation of campaye participants. I think it is also natural.
it all depends on the manager.

It's all about you. Bounty managers dictate their own rules of the game. and your choice is to follow these rules or leave the campaign. actually I didn't see such cardinal changes in the campaigns

I want to join signature campaign but that move that the campaign managers are doing are not good, they must true to their promise because later no one will ever join their campaign.
Change rules in bounty programs is very ordinary because in some project of dev team need to adjust some thing to conform in fact. But they need have to be transparent when they change rules, it have to be notice in their website or bounty campaign thread before. I used to join some bounties campaign which changed rules after its bounties campaign is end, this has made me feel cheated.

the thing that should not be done if it is not in a State of forced or to fix the rules for the better. I think it may just be that positive change is completed.
