Guy over on Reddit making it seen like he lost "everything" because of LRM and bitfunder.

http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1ryuf0/psa_dont_invest_more_than_you_can_afford_to_lose/

I threw a comment in there to show I'm still working.  Grin

I HAVE ALREADY ASKED, WILL ASK AGAIN:
1)On what pool LRM is currently mining
2)What about merged mining?

new questions:
To date LRM have paid about 830 btc.
That mean about 276,66 went to LRM(25%)
Currently it mean that around 250k USD have been gone just from dividends.

LabRat;
3) How much from this 250k will go to HW reinvestment?

lol
you must be new here
The first rule of LRM is you do not ask any questions of LRM!

This is not Fight Club, you can ask questions.  I just may be a little too busy to answer at that exact moment.  But I do have a very simple answer for this.  Do you honestly believe a business owner would got months without using any of the funds they're bringing in... Those 276.66BTC aren't still sitting in my wallet or I'd have a little more to play with than I do at this moment.

Trust me though.  I have very great plans for LRM.

Awesome LR!  It will be a good Christmas!

1. A private pool
2. Maybe he is already doing merged mining and wants to keep it for his retirement fund?
3. What ever he feels like to spend as this is his BTC.

This is not a publicly owned company so he doesn't have to tell us anything. In fact he could close up shop tomorrow and we would get zero return.

On the plus side "two weeks"

I'm mining, and I'm not mining in a pool I want to be in, but everything is hashing away as it should be.  I'll let you guys know when LRM has found a permanent home.  This pool does do NMC, but as for now I'm just letting it rack up... I haven't touched it yet and I don't know how long I'll be in this pool.  Even though it's "my" BTC I'm also running this company because I love bitcoin and I love computer hardware.  I'm not some greedy guy who's stashing away coins.  A lot of coin and cash of my personal money is about to go into a project that will guarantee LRM is here to stay.  Yes I could close up shop, but then I'd have a bunch of angry bitcoiners busting down my door and I would never be able to show my face in this community again (I like it here).

On the down side... The wonderful news is likely going to be 4 weeks before I can officially announce it, but hopefully I get the BFL Monarchs in before then.  Smiley

I am interpreting this as "I am going to have the Monarchs in 4 weeks".

Getting them before the end of the year would be awesome, but we won't be surprised if it takes another two weeks. Wink

I invest in LRM because you are a Bitcoin enthusiast and made a great work as BFL moderator.

You, i and most of Bonds holders are in this venture for the long run.
I trust LabRat.(ok sometimes i'm a little impatient  Grin )

At the moment, he made a lot of smart move.

And i can't wait to see what he reserve us for the future (LabRat tease like no one ^^ )

The question wasn't "Did LR invest?"
The question was "How much did LR reinvest?" You imply that you have already reinvested it all. Did you take no fee? You should take a fee and have that built into your business plan.

I also hope that a business owner could go months without spending money they were bringing in if there were no good deals. Nearly every ASIC had a negative ROI, it would have been better to hold BTC than buy a miner. Spending money for the sake of building hashrate will kill good intentioned ventures.

You didn't read much of the thread if you're saying this. LabRat would never buy hardware without opportunity of ROI. He has access to deals unobtainable by mere mortals like us because he is buying in bulk, and he has stated so many times in this thread!

After the "two four weeks" I am hoping Labrat will be able to buy a motherload of asics and push us into the 100th club as he indicated!

Thanks John, can you tell me about these deals he made? Point to one time he mentioned, in 110 pages of threads over 5 months, 1) GH/s/BTC, 2) what his fee is? (hint: you won't find it)

And if he has been so good at choosing positive ROI investments, how come shares lost 60% of their value since IPO? And if you think that it's just because bitfunder is closed, then there's a great deal for you to make lots of money over at:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=320578.160

Yes, everyone got screwed with ASICs (difficulty went faster than projected by nearly everyone, so almost no one got positive ROI and should have just kept their BTC in their wallet instead of investing). Even those with great deals got screwed. I don't blame LR for that, but I want to know that it won't happen again going forward. He doesn't have to disclose proprietary market models, but at least let us know he's thinking about them.

From LabRatMining website, about the 2 weeks dividends cut:
Quote
The other 90% would go straight into the hardware that Dave can give me a killer deal on.
Also, this is a private company, which means that LabRat isn't required to tell you anything about the details of the deals he has done. If you're not happy with this, sell your shares.

And if he has been so good at choosing positive ROI investments, how come shares lost 60% of their value since IPO? And if you think that it's just because bitfunder is closed, then there's a great deal for you to make lots of money over at:

The reason the price is so low is because people like you (with FUD) bought shares and are unwise enough to sell below the price they bought them.

The two weeks (plus a little change from beforehand) I'm putting every penny of into the company.  I'm not taking ANYTHING for power, rent, management fees, etc. And there are 2 things I have in the works right now that will blow everyone away once I can finally share them.  The 100TH club is no problem to reach in the very near future.

As per bond pricing, there are some liquidity issues with the amount of people actively trading bonds and also willing to put up with the current available means of trading.  I'm working on a way to legally get trading back up and running for LRM.

If you're interested in grabbing some bonds directly from me, I have a limited amount available, but don't want to sell too many until after I make the announcements as I feel the price is extremely low with what I have in the works.

How does taking bonds from you work? Will you announce a price here? Do we have to PM or mail you (risk getting lost in the massive amounts of PM and mail you're most likely getting)? Through grnbrg?
I'm interested in a few more, so if you read this, please feel free to take the initiative and PM me all information I need to know Smiley

(hmm... seems that theymos disabled .gifs? https://i.imgur.com/6ZC55CK.gif)

Will this be 100TH divided by the ~60,000 bonds already out there? So ~1.6 GH/s per bond?

Yes, just contact me.  The current price for bonds directly from Lab_Rat is 0.065BTC each.  Purchase will be treated in largely the same way as a transaction in the share trading thread, except there will be no seller.

Yes, there is a fee for all manual bond transactions.  I have been setting it each Monday, targeting about $10.  Accordingly, this week the fee is 0.01BTC per transaction.

I personally think 0.065 is too low for new bonds, especially with the first dividends from the new hardware coming in just 1.5 weeks, an unknown (to us) quantity of Monarchs pending, and the various things Lab_Rat has in the works for new hardware.  Unless of course if the issuance of new bonds at this time would provide a significant benefit to LRM at that price.
