Random question.

Why are the dividend payments still in the mining address?

https://blockchain.info/charts/balance?address=1DJpsvnM7xTnQbWEhLYyCyfxQyxwupEzCa

I realise you are busy, but could you clarify this Ken (or someone else)?

Also, we have most likely got the NRE funds. So now, its a case of cashing the BTC out into fiat and getting on the phone to the manufacturers right?

just like last week, Ken selling will be a major cause of BTC price crashing lol.

Tender Offer? What price?

1/1 - read third post of thread

Will there be a Tender Fund for ActiveMining on BTCT or are we required to tender from btct to bitfunder?

When Active Mining is approved, BTC-TC can do an automatic tender.

The problem with this math is if in fact AsicMiner is overvalued. I will not speculate on this as I've been burned in the past when I doubted AsicMiner's resilience and momentum.

I don't want to create an OT discussion, but only one fact: Bitcoin land is "oversaturated" with Bitcoins to spend and use, implying "overvalued" assets.

Yes, it will definitely hit 1 BTC. No doubt about it.

*shifty look* Wink

Haha 1 btc would give Active Mining a valuation higher than all the BTC in existance

Yeah... How does that work?

Just did a quick adding up of our funds.  Converted @ 93.40 we have ~$890,000, so I am going to add 500,000 shares to the wall.  We need funds to cover the 40-60 machines we are building, to finish paying for our prototypes, finish paying for the engineering of the prototypes, and some for general operating expenses.  Also, we need some room just in case the price of bitcoins goes down.

My 2 cents ... add that 500k to btct ... the price is at .0339+ now

And do it in smaller chunks - not a 500k wall.

We just got done with 2 walls ... its tiring for shareholders lol

Agreed, BTCT is where the volume is at right now, do 50k walls, and watch them get destroyed.  500k drop might scare weak players

EDIT: Theres one now

Ken, after this how many more more shares to issue out?

As an investor, it's disconcerting to have new share walls issued unexpectedly and we need to know to have confidence. Pick price and spread carefully too.

Joke's on you, I can just buy into the wall at a significantly lower price than what I sold at if I want to.

Wow crazy that AMC has come this far, so sad I panic sold my shares from .0007 when everyone was calling pump and dump

I would suggest that the wall be put up all at once at the last traded price? this is so that it would not screw anyone that just recently bought in only to have walls be placed lower than where they bought in, good way to cause nonsense

Edit: I guess this cant be done since there are different prices on both the exchanges, lol AMC getting scalped and shorted hardcore
