First of all if any of you have sold the farm to invest in any of these BTC mining stocks, including the successful ones, then you've got bigger balls than me. Yeah, I guess I'd be freaking out too but: "you shouldn't invest more than you can afford to lose..."
Sitting and watching the exchanges and scrutinizing and guessing every single move is creating FUD. FUD will break this.
If you can sit tight and let this thing play out, you just might be happy with the results.
otherwise... "the sky is falling."
Look... I'm no FUD spreader and I'm no troll. After my investment today, I'm officially a pissed off shareholder. First we have a huge wall to satisfy NRE. But Ken says with pre-orders we will hit NRE and he will then remove the wall. Apparently the wires didn't come in as he had expected. But then the wall is naturally eaten away by investor interest. Very quickly, I might add. So that's it, right? We've gotten NRE taken care of let's do this. But no. Ken erects another wall. Are we going to see any more walls? It's pathetic.

That means 'seize the day'. So there are over 15 million shares outstanding on BF and roughly 2.5 million on BTCTC. Are there only supposed to be 10 million issues via BF? Edit: thread moving so fast

it's just so much easier to hit the ignore button sometimes.
Ignore them if you want but these guys actually have a point. I've been mulling over investing for a week. Everyone on here is singing Ken's praises the whole time. I really wanted to wait to decide until babefoot posted the report he promised. I'm not sure which thread he was posting to as there are three that we have to put up with but I don't think he ever posted one. So after the wall came down I went ahead and invested. Right after that, out of nowhere, Ken posts that he's putting up another wall and the price collapses. That is total B.S. After the missteps in the beginning, I should have listened to my gut and not invested at all. I'll be rooting for this security as now I'm invested but, man, what a joke. The beginning was certainly a clusterfuck, no question there (one in which I lost a sizeable chunk of change, but I've got no one to blame but myself for that), but I think things are slowly being sorted out. The issue is time, we need to raise those NRE costs before anything can proceed and while it is dangerous (for investors) to raise money without the assurance of the company having proper accounting, up to this point investing really was a matter of faith. Now that the NRE has been raised, it's time to slow down and get everyone on the same page. Perhaps do something along the lines of what TAT and co. do with Asicminer, gather a list of FAQs and present them to Ken for answer. I am planning on calling Ken tonight, if you guys want to pm me some questions and I can weed through them, get them formatted and ask Ken, I will. I was going to call last night but got held up.

I really feel bad for the investors who wanted to go long on this stock only to be denied by Ken's incompetence; share price was headed towards .004 before Kenneth announced a series of completely unnecessary walls

caveat emptor due to the fact that there are more than 10,000,000 shares outstanding between the two AMC-PT, I don't fully understand what will happen to those shareholders after July 31st
Where can you see the number of outstanding shares on bitfunder? https://bitfunder.com/asset/AMCunder profile

I just phoned him and told him that numbers are important, updated DAILY.. especially during a time like this. He said he's going to start taking care of that better..
Too much money is involved to still be messing up like this and there's no evidence it'll change, only that he is trying his very best (and is probably overworked). The mistakes have to stop. You do not see this stuff from friedcat - that's all much more to the point and goes to a plan, and there is a board to keep an eye on things. Most of all, he needs to accept he needs someone else to help. It sounds like he feels he can do it all himself and he clearly can't. Nor can most CEOs which is why we hire in or contract out. Ken should concentrate on the engineering side and have someone else handle the financial/communication side. I'm sure I'm not the only one who can see this. +1. Ken hire some PR/accounting help. There's too much $ on the line now for mistakes of any kind.

Where can you see the number of outstanding shares on bitfunder? https://bitfunder.com/asset/AMC <- it all started here Shares Issued 8,886,710 https://bitfunder.com/asset/ActiveMining - was that also a PT because of Bitfunder limitations (can't rename a security)? Shares Total 25,000,000 Shares Issued 6,176,329 https://btct.co/security/AMC-PT <- is that a pass through of AMC or Active mining? (edit) Outstanding 2514108 / 5000000 Issued so, you have to figure out, what is a pass through of what 6176329+2514108= 8690437
