litecoin global is burnside's first exchange, btc global is a spinoff that is obviously more popular and more liquid in many cases bitcoin global shares: the more exchange volume the more the dividends will be. ASICMiner, BASIC-MINING and then ActiveMining will be some interesting volume on the exchanges, especially with all the whales ActiveMining will have attracted hope that helps

As best I understand it Litecoin global was Burnside's first exchange and BTC-tc is his second. BTC-tc is owned by Litecoin Global and as such significant shareholders in the Litecoin Global parent company get to vote on which stock/funds should be listed on the exchanges.

It seems emails sent to tender@activeminingcorp.com are not getting through. This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Delivery to the following recipients failed.
kslaughter@axs.net
Final-Recipient: rfc822;kslaughter@axs.net Action: failed Status: 5.7.1 Diagnostic-Code: smtp;550 5.7.1 SPF unauthorized mail is prohibited. ...but my email IS authorized. It was solicited by kslaughter himself! It's been 20 days and the tender@activeminingcorp.com email address is still bouncing emails making it impossible to successfully tender AMC shares for AM shares. I PMd Ken on the forum back on the 10th when I first received the error and received no reply. I posted here in this thread about the issue too. I've emailed Ken about this and he replied stating that I should forward my request for tendering shares to tender@activeminingcorp.com so it can be processed there. Thanks Ken, but that doesn't work! Has anyone else successfully swapped their AMC for AM shares via this email address? Should I be worried? Is there another way to make requests for share swaps that doesn't involve this borked email address? I've missed out on at least two rounds of dividends now while my AMC shares are held by the 'tender' accounts on both BTCT and BitFunder. Thanks for any assistance you can provide, I sent my request in 3 days ago ... got my ActiveMining shares in my account today. So yup, worked for me

.... kslaughter, what is the proper way to calculate the actual outstanding shares of ActiveMining from those numbers? kslaughter, how did you resolve the management shares issue? Will those shares be held as treasury stock on btctc or for now or are you going to use some type of special accounts, that do not receive the dividends. One more question. Why do you keep pushing shares to Bitfunder and not to btct.co, while it lacks useful and important functionality and has lower trading volumes. https://bitfunder.com/asset/AMC#pane_profileAsset Name AMC Asset Issuer AMC Shares Total 100,000,000 Shares Issued 7,886,710 (changed by 1 000 000 form 8886710 to 7,886,710) Pays Dividends Yes Issuer may Increase Shares: No Issuer may Modify Description: Option not set. https://bitfunder.com/asset/ActiveMiningAsset Name ActiveMining Asset Issuer AMC Shares Total 25,000,000 Shares Issued 6,176,329 Pays Dividends Yes Issuer may Increase Shares: Yes, with vote. Sorry, but I am not sure what do you mean by "cleaning up" and "de-issue". Only way you (I mean AMC and ActiveMining) or anyone else for that matter, can reduce the number of outstanding shares (aka "Shares Issued" in bitfunder) if issuer buys back the shares via exchange trading system. If there is another mechanism involved, can you please elaborate on this. Because AMC/Activemining has still not managed to release a proper balance sheet, where we can see the shareholders equity and number of outstanding shares (usually added as a comment), we have no idea what actually happen. ..I believe this is where we are with the BTC-TC shares added in: 9,877,461 Your comment "I believe" about number of outstanding shares is not sounding too confident. I have asked you previously 3 times, how do you calculate the correct number of outstanding shares. Do you know how to do it? (Thanks ffssixtynine, edit: Now, can freshly appointed ((n)ever voted?) board of directors comment on this interesting event?Cheers! Very wild guess*: AMC decreased, because people sent their shares to tender. KS doesn't convert instantaneously and thus only AMC decreased, but ActM was steady.. Till the the point where he issues ActM shares for those AMC shares.
* I don't know if sending shares has any influence on the number of outstanding shares.

On Bitfunder: AMC 6,400,000 + (ActM) 5,600,815 = 12,000,085 issued shares.
The shares are equal, right ? Plus we have about 5,000,000 issued shares on BTC-T, right ?
So how the company issued 17 million shares out of 10 million planned ?

In the end it should be 10M hold by shareholders, 15M hold by the (one of them lol) company itself. 10M is the relevant number for us. The picture is a bit disturbed, because those 17M contain "company" shares. << afaik! Yes. Messy.
