Weekly pre-order amount updates? Would be interesting to see the effect of the advertising campaign. Just an idea the moment. What are the potential downsides to this approach?
The timeframe is too small. The time between the order and actually receiving the money can be large. Monthly - more detailed - statements with accompanying press releases, seem adequate. I think this is a good idea, will help shareholder track funds, gauge interest, etc. Does doing this have any negative implications with regards to competition?

I think the financial position to write clearly, when faced with the crisis, fell, it should explain why a company spokesperson
Huh? ACTM need a spokesperson

I think the point isn't when or how much to disclose. Details on this should be decided by the CEO and the board only. These are tactical details.
What shareholders have a right to is what to expect. Coherence. Order. Predictability. This is an STRATEGIC decision, and it's key to the operation.
Right now, ActiveMining shareholders don't know how much, when or from whom to expect anything, and are subject to innecessary stress. Some are quiet about it, some whine, some panic sell, but in any case is a lose/lose situation.

Income and expenditure must be clear, to be able to query. Like ASICMINER

Alright then guys, here's one of the two logo concepts I've been working on today, still based around the same idea as the first:

Good job - much better than the original. Good call on separating the logo into different blades

$12,000 in wires came in yesterday night. To be fair to the guys helping out Ken here they have done a great job so far. Ken needs their help right now and as share holders it is in their best interest too that the company does well. Two points. I really don't think a report of an alleged conversation put on here about 12k of wires coming in would effect share price whether it was true or not. What is the significance? There is none. Its neither good nor bad news in fact its pretty much no-news. Secondly these guys helping Ken out are, like the rest of the smart guys here, expecting ACtM shares to go to the moon. So they are invested up to the hilt I would fully expect. There is no benefit to them at all from getting news over the phone from Ken because they are only buying and news or no news they are only buying - for the long haul. Regardless of that there is no way Ken is going to give out negative news on the phone even if he has any so at this time there is no possibility of insider trading. That said, I totally agree that the board should handle all news releases ASAP. However there is no board just yet so I am happy that these experienced guys are assisting Ken at this incredibly busy time and are keeping us filled in as much as possible.

Have you thought about putting a bitcoin logo (eg Kens coin pic) on front (side) of the blades?

Logos should be abstract, simple, and at the same time not pigeonhole the company. I'm not sure if that is a good decision.

Very clean looking logo nice. I am also against adding the bitcoin logo to it i prefer it simpler but also 10 years from now bitcoin could be gone but VMC could still be going strong.

So I am still reading and trying to catch up but could someone tell me when Div will start being paid on a more regular basis? And how often will Div's be paid? Weekly? Every 2 weeks? Monthly?
Thanks!

Is there an accurate/official count to the amount of remaining ActM shares?
From the ActiveMining Overview and Speculation Thread: There are 9,877,461 of the 10,000,000 shares issued at this point.
How do I calculate this number? When I add up the number on BTC-TC (2,924,534) and BitFunder (5,600,815) I only end up with 2,924,534 + 5,600,815 = 8,525,349 shares in total. You need to add the still untendered AMC shares there. Got it. In other words (using lewicki's numbers) there are only 122,539 unreleased shares out of the 10M that get the first BTC0.0025 in dividends..? Yep, that's correct using the latest released figures. Dunno when will those be sold, probably never or maybe when the FH chips are almost done, so that ActM can order even more out of the fab for the biggest impact. I would definitely save then for that moment. Thanks for the heads up, as i understand this number is an estimate, I was hoping Ken would jump in and let us know how many of the 10,000,000 ActM shares remain. Is the IPO over? Will ActM issue any more shares? Furthermore, if those ~120,000 shares still need issuing, will they be sold under the market value at .0025 like the previous walls?

Thanks for the shoutout to my post. I don't think this is anything to panic over but it should be a thought in the back of peoples minds. Remember though that Congress just voted to lift to ban on general solicitation which might cover these sorts of endeavors.

Alright then guys, here's one of the two logo concepts I've been working on today, still based around the same idea as the first: Hey Hazryder. Nice work. I'm really digging the blades design. I also am a graphic designer. One minor critique... Please consider Idlewild (book Weight) underneath the main VMC. It should jive a little better and give it a bit of a cleaner corporate feel. Its by the reputable foundry Hoefler & Frere-Jones. The typeface of the VMC as you have it conveys virtual and computers and clean and corporate and it has a nice thickness that should balance off of it well. If you need to find it here is a link to a zip http://wehaslinks.com/download/5361/1bad920e63f6ce9cc40a3cb0f301a64c
