Explanatory article. There are three main features of the platform:
1. Remote diagnostics and recommendations.
2. Knowledge base of medical literature.
3. Access to the patient's medical records from any place.

I think this is the most important part of it: "3. Access to the patient's medical records from any place."

It is perfect to reach record from any place with a permission could make a great improvement in the health industry.
I would say the data itself and its accessibility. The latter itself is not a big deal in the internet era, but the precise medical data that can only be accessed by you from everywhere - that's another step in implementing blockchain technologies into everyday life.

It is one of the biggest problems in the health industry. Doctors can't get accurate patient history and they are making the same tests over and over again. And they can't just make the right diagnosis because they don't have the before data.

True, however if you have a disease you must have your medical data in that moment. This project will help the doctors to look on different patters and anticipate different stages in you overall health.

How would Ehealt intend to work, such historical data would not be available on blockchain for possible needs of other physicians? From what I understand, one of the objectives of the Project is precisely to optimize and accelerate the diagnoses, making possible the unification of the attendances and their respective diagnoses. or am I wrong?

perhaps with the help of ehf they can solve this problem to keep an accurate indication of all the analyzes, tests, symptoms, previous diseases stored on the blockchain for easier consultation by the doctor...

Having such private medical data on the blockchain might be troublesome if there are not appropriate privacy safeguards. Hopefully eHealth will have a solution to this issue.

Data security is a significant aspect in this area. I hope eHealth First team will have high-quality specialists who will create maximum data protection.
It's not surprising that the road map is so long - this project is not simple from all side.

To be honest I do not fully understand how will be the process of diagnosis. I would like to know more about this.

A really good question. What is needed for high quality remote diagnostics??? I would like to hear Administrators.

Yes, that is a key question, I would also like to know what type of device you will use to perform the diagnosis.

there is another project, called health monitor which has a goal of creating and distributing machines that diagnose whether you have certain conditions based on your breath. that could one solution and a partnership for the project.

Okay, let's assume doctors have access to all your health history, diseases, surgerys. But if we get a new disease, which is not anywhere in history or with which we have not had to deal with it until now. How will they diagnose? I suspect it is necessary to do a series of tests, blood harvesting ... tissue or other. I would like to know the answer .....

I think in the future there will be robot docs who make diagnoses for small diseases and for the real ones you will still need normal doctors.

As far as I know, Health Monitor raised soft cap although their ICO still active. They have narrow range in the medical segment, although of course the project is also useful. But I don't think that such partnership is possible.

I am aware of the health monitor ico but it is very shallow project comparing to ehealth first. Health monitor is just a breath analzyer, ehalth first is a complete ecosystem.

My opinion is that at the early stages of the project it will be realized with real doctors, but later the devs will add AI and database to this process. Have you seen how Akinator almost always guesses whom you think of? It's gonna be pretty much the same I guess. Of course the final desicion will be made by doctors, but meanwhile results that help patients to narrow down the seach area may be successfully made by hi-tech means (including blockchain)

I guess there is going to be some kind of device to do a test and check your health status. If it's just talking to the doctor, I can make all the information that is not objective.

The opinions of doctors with all their experience will definitely be needed in the beginning. However, I can imagine that an AI can learn here and later on replace them partly.

I think people should read the ANN page in detail, it has al the needed info to show that the idea behind this is very well thought of.
worldwide connection of medical files... meaning, no matter where you go, every doctor can see you health status.
Important note: a doctor's appointment can take much less time if the doctor has already some background info or recent health info.
a lot of people in the world have a medical insurrance, but think about it this way:
less time spent in the doctors office can reduce costs, meaning the insurrance doesn't have to pay back that much money for each visit;
doctors could start charging people by the minute instead of a fixed fee.
Less needed payout from the insurrance company could mean lower insurrance cost for the people...
Overall : this could same precious time and money

You are right. eHealth have a lot of potential and its features might improve quality of life of many people. When the whitepaper comes out, I believe we will know in more detail about the project's features and there will be less space for speculation.

Going by the schedule, the whitepaper should be out this month, so there's not that long to wait. Looking forward to reading it when it comes out

Same here, with all the things they plan to accomplish it is going to be a long and complicated read

The medical field is hard to understand for most people as they lack the knowledge but the whitepaper will be written for potential investors, not doctors, I hope.  Smiley
Maybe in this case the good WP should be applicable for both the investors as well as the doctors willing to participate in the project. They will definitely need some qualified specialists to help them realize their goals
I think you are right - with time must be declared job contest for vacancies.
Finding good specialists is not easy task, but I'm sure eHealth First team will cope with this!
Totally agree with you! The most important thing is qualification of specialists which will take on the job!

Of course the qualifications of the specialists is very important! Especially in the beginning of the project, it is at this point will form the authority and credibility of this company.
You are absolutely right. But all clients also need to understand that at the initial stage will go to configure the whole platform.

The specialist is important for all stages during the project. People need to trust someone.

I am not sure if this is the future. You always need to have a person you can trust. I am not sure if a robot is the best choice for things about health.
