Wow, what a whitepaper, so much details in it, read about 20 pages and even if it is many I can say, its well structered and you will find anything you need quickly with the Table of Contents.
Much work in it, but this is good, because it shows, that there is a working team behind it.

Well, such terms and conditions may indicate either a long-term development plan for 50 years ahead, or a scam. Since the scam is not similar, it means that investors need to be ready to invest their money for decades.

Well regarding 8. it seems like things with the 5 years gap can happen (even if it is unlikely). But I wonder, how will this be done. Let's assume the price is under ICO price for round 1 for 1 year and 3 months. Finally it goes above ICO price and exactly the very first day it goes above at one of the exchanges, the ICO round 2 starts directely?

This is probably so. You can also imagine this situation: During the second round of ICO, the price of tokens on exchanges will drop below the price of the ICO. We all know that volatility is huge and in short periods of time there can be grandiose falls and price rises. Then the second round will become unsold and according to the document developers will have to burn all unsold tokens. But as a result, they will not receive money for further work on the project. The situation will become somewhat uncertain.
I have not yet fully read the white paper, but already I noticed something about the second generation of new tokens. But so far I have not understood why this is so:
Generation I. EHF will enable trusted payments for EHF storage, bandwidth and processing worldwide top-level expertise in healthcare.
Generation II. EHF aims to become the token governing exchange of decentralized peer-topeer health-related services and products.
A EHF token holder has the inherent right to replace (by choice) each existing coin of previous generation into a new one at no cost.
Gen-II EHF tokens will be announced and offered to existing holders, which can choose to send their old tokens to the company in exchange for the new ones.
All legacy generation tokens will be destroyed and annulled once replaced. All generation tokens will retain their attributes of independence from the Company itself and will bear no rights in relation to the Company itself or its activities.

Also it is not clear why such indefinite numbers are indicated:
Up to 25 mln. EHF tokens - ICO, Round 1
Up to 55 mln. EHF tokens - ICO, Rounds 2-3
If in the first round 5 million tokens are sold, 20 million or less will be burned?
With the second and third round is not clear. If in the second round, for example, 3 million tokens are sold, then nothing will be burned, and in the third round, 52 million will be sold?
Why are not exact numbers of tokens specified for each round separately?

I don't know who to be to read 300 pages in 1 day... It is not necessary so categorically to speak about people... The project is interesting to many, so so many questions.

I think they should make a QnA to answer all the questions from the community. Many projects make this and the investors really like it.

I still await EHealth reviews, I hope you take into account that the project is something great but needs to be analyzed as long term, some sites simply do not analyze well what they are implementing. But EHealth deserves attention and good reviews

I still await EHealth reviews, I hope you take into account that the project is something great but needs to be analyzed as long term, some sites simply do not analyze well what they are implementing. But EHealth deserves attention and good reviews

Well it depends on who is reviewing the project since people tend to focus on specific factors and you should also know his stile.
Thats why is good to compare different reviews and get the complete picture.

To me that's a good thing. It really shows the devs have really though this through. Too bad it's gonna take so long.

I am not going to read it. It is like a book and i prefer reading more intresting thing. I saw there is a shorter thing, i would go for it.

I always suggest people to read whitepaper making an investment decision but i wasn't talking about 280 pages whitepaper.

If they are translating this, translators probably ask for a whole btc or similar

I agree with you completely. My knowledge of English is not enough I could read this volume, I hope that soon there will be translations in different languages.

there is no one paper on her hompage, but there is a Brochure with only 28 pages on her website. Take a look.
