Repu will spend over 40% of the funds for marketing to bring enough users to the plattform. Thats also a good chance we could see a working demo.
I really hope to see a working demo very soon! The devs need to deliver as soon as possible thats what i am awaiting too. nowadays it is hard to make a decision at all those icos popping out if there is no demo yet >< I agree with you, if we aren't in an ICO bubble I don't know what this is but there are only two types of ICOs collecting much money nowadays, the ones investing a shitload of money into marketing and the ones showing an alpha/demo at least. But even an demo isn't sure it will be a success.. but it's definitely more than no demo  |

The reputation ranking system can be used in any industries to validate the info for that person and to ensure that they will be getting let's say a Class A employee. And to that employee it is an opportunity for him to ask for a higher compensation. |

Using Repu for job interviews is brilliant. But this system has to be rock solid for this type of usage. One employer who has bad faith couldn't ruin your career/end life. It's a very thin line. Yes, it will be useful for the first round of the selection (for the standart requirements), but of course the interview is still needed. |

But, there are severe downsides also. People will always fake themselves to get the good rating which obviously leads to a fake world. that's my worry as well, however the dev's did reply saying they have a good system for weeding out the fakes |

All correct, however in the field of job / business the sector is already, so far, a monopoly of LinkedIn: will be difficult to provide a solution that can "contrast" it. Do not underestimate the weight of Facebook that directly or indirectly provides a sort of "feedback" even if not 100% reliable Summarizing, good idea but the sector is a tank full of sharks ... |

The reputation ranking system can be used in any industries to validate the info for that person and to ensure that they will be getting let's say a Class A employee. And to that employee it is an opportunity for him to ask for a higher compensation. Reputation can be very valuable and I'm sure many users will start changing their way of interacting in cyberspace when they realize by being trusted could give them good money. |

The devs need to deliver as soon as possible thats what i am awaiting too. nowadays it is hard to make a decision at all those icos popping out if there is no demo yet >< A demo should be possible as I imagine the rating system and UI won't be too different fro similar apps. It's the blockchain integration that will probably take more time. i think we are all eager to see a demo or a demonstration of the system. The idea is interesting but trying it can give you an idea how well the system works in order to plan your investment |
