You are right, the same goes for TripAdvisor! The only thing that makes tripadvisor reliable is the number of users, the more people and more reviews are made the more the information is reliable. The same would be for Repu!

I do hope situation as shown in the episode of black mirror it'll never happen. Can't fall into any idea with fanaticism, always need have to balance.

The problem with biased ratings could get a real problem for them. I hope they have some plans to overcome these problems.
