For long term investment why not pick the coins that already had a good name. The coins that already exist for years. Bitcoin or ethereum are the best coins to take into consideration.

I'm not sure that you made a good choice, wanting to rely on the opinions of strangers, 12.000 is not a small amount. I still think that the top ten coins will be the best choice for investment. 30 % can be invested in promising altcoins, Cardano, Golem, etc.

If you are going long term, then only fundamentals matter.

If i had 12000 i would put it i a coin that is backed by something.
One that is backed by food grain… food is the only asset that has inherent value throughout history.

I recommend you to invest in the BTC & ETH. It's a future bright. I believe it will increases in price in the future and it's will give you a huge profit in future.

Invest it to 1 bitcoin and 2 ethereum. since you've got plenty of money to invest, it's best to trade primarily in bitcoin or ethereum. I'm sure you're going to gain a lot from it if you go trading.

If you really want a coin to invest in and not to be afraid wether will it go down then I would suggest you to pick Bitcoin. It will go up even more and you will never have to worry about it if it goes down.

with such a sum I would pay attention to several crypto currencies. It would be a ripple Neo Bitcoin and an etherium. I would share my funds between these four crypto-currencies. because investing everything in one is too risky. And in these four kriptovalyut the highest growth potential

I guess it is best that if you will invest such amount in a long term investment, it should be invested not in just one coin to atleast 3-4 coins. As for me, it would be profitable to invest 50% of it in bitcoin, 20% in eth, 10% in litecoin, and then 10% in dat. I see great potential in these coins and for me, investing in it would be worth it.

Well if ever I have $12000 I would surely invest it all in bitcoin just like all of my friends did who are also into bitcoin and not just only bitcoin but also all of those cryptocurrencies out there, I'm sure if I will invest it all in bitcoin I think I'll gonna get it back in the short span of time. Bitcoins market value might go down for some time but it is really proven that it also arises back gaining you the money that you lost and also profits for you.
