I just noticed the pool is bouncing around to different currencies like crazy.  Something else I noticed was that my lower hash rate rig is working on a different coin than my higher rate rigs.  It looks like h20 is tinkering around with things.  heh..

Chad

I've been mining dogecoins now for more than 7 days straight now. I never noticed any coin switch. I often check cgminer difficulty and compare  it with coinwarz. Only match is dogecoin every time...

I've got this running a stratum proxy to middlecoin locally:

If I add - Unexchanged - Immature and balance Is this an indicattor of how much I should be getting paid next payout?

balance is the only indicator of what you'll get next payout. some coins take longer to mature and sometimes the coins don't get exchanged quickly. over time you'll get it all but there's no real way to predict when that will be.

I started mining this morning about 18 hours ago, and I haven't been able to pull my page up, and haven't gotten any payouts.

I assume I just need to wait another day and I should start seeing some traction?

BTW I'm mining it with 2.1 mh/s now that I was using for LTC, testing this out to see how it goes.

search by your address on the main page, you don't get the private page til a payout occurs and your own personal page updates less often

This was already reported, but its been happening for days now:

[2013-12-30 17:01:20] Stratum connection to pool 0 interrupted
[2013-12-30 17:02:06] Stratum connection to pool 0 interrupted
[2013-12-30 17:03:14] Stratum connection to pool 0 interrupted
[2013-12-30 17:05:14] Stratum connection to pool 0 interrupted
[2013-12-30 17:10:55] Stratum connection to pool 0 interrupted
[2013-12-30 17:11:13] Stratum connection to pool 0 interrupted

It is steadily doing that about 20-30 times an hour, it didn't do that at all before 2 days ago. It can't be good for my share rate, it resumes after about 10 seconds each time it drops. If it was a coin change, that would be a "Network diff set to" message, but there isn't.

Payouts are daily if your balance is above 0.01 BTC, or weekly if it is above 0.001 BTC. Once you have your first payout, a graph is generated and updated for you.

My second wallet here just stopped updating one day after my PC crashed while using cgminer. I had to make a new wallet in its place after I checked my graph a couple hours later.

Happy New Year everybody!

How good is middlecoin pool for weaker miners?

I've got two miners at different locations pointed to eu server.
Miner #1 is about 760 kh/s (7970), miner #2 is about 460 kh/s (6950).

According to cgwatcher, "efficiency" for #1 is around 95%, while for #2 it's 53%.
Is there any way to improve the efficiency of mining on a pool with a fixed difficulty using miner like #2?
Or am I missing some other factors maybe?

I also have a feeling that earnings do not have the same ratio as hashrates/WUs (both around 1.7) of the miners, but I need more time of uninterrupted simultaneous mining to be sure...

switching to eu.middlecoin.com solved this problem for me earlier today.

It'd be great to see stats for total Mhash days (equiv to multiples of 24 hours @ 1 Mhash/s). I've had some drop outs and intensity issues so I'd love to get an idea of my overall completed work vs gain in BTC.

Anyone know if that's possible?

You mean something like this? http://middlecoin2.s3-website-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/profitgraph.html

Unfortunately it hasn't been updated since we had that incredibly good Dogecoin streak.

switching to eu.middlecoin.com solved this problem for me earlier today.

I tried eu last week and saw a significant drop in payout. Not sure if it is related or not. I just switched to 8080 on the non-eu so we'll see.

EDIT: switched to 8080 and still seeing the same interruption problems. Just switched to the eu server again and it works just fine. However, is anyone else seeing much lower payouts with the eu server?

What do you think about last payouts & the  immature/>>UNEXCHANGED<<

Anything brewing, I left my miner going I was actually going to look into other ventures... But something is holding me back and saying stick it out, what do you think? THis is coming from someone who's first day mining here was actually the start of your bad profit days. Which was few days ago up untill now, today without a doubt was the worst payout out of all those days. Interestingly though my Unexchanged was through the roof, I said to myself even if only the unexchanged was exchanged then my payout would of turned into the best payout of of the few days lately. So Maybe next payout may be good

Thoughts?

PS: To the person above me asking if there is much lower payouts in the EU server? No dude its all over Smiley

Just got a payment of .01013789 and I just started this morning, so it was probably for 18 hours of mining on 2.1 mh/s

If it doesn't pick up then I'm going to go back to mining LTC- I would have ended up with .02 BTC through just mining that over a day.

Hopefully it will level out and improve.

Your right, with the compiled cgminer, I don't even know if there is a difference even, there maybe a difference but this is not showing in the profits... which is all we really care about. lol

I am patiently waiting for my immature and unexcahnged to change This would be an Instant  0.019 Just from the Unexchanged and Immature alone
