OK and in this "chinese language article", did it say that they are using thousands of these chips right now on middlecoin?

No, it doesn't because I read the article. I'll have you know I spent many years living in China and I'm fluent in Chinese.
And guess what, I'm not from America either.

oh looks like I can lie on the internet too  Roll Eyes (see if you can guess which part I lied about)
like i said, nobody is here to spoonfeed information.  I'm not arguing to convince anyone. if you don't think there are ASICS in operation, that's fine:  it doesn't affect me in any way.

Fucking lets put this to rest.  Here is the original post by this guy with the mining farm.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=259649.msg4350064;topicseen#msg4350064
Nowhere does he claim it is ASIC's  that whole claim and article was by someone else.

That is  here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=259649.msg4351905#msg4351905
That was discussed by the next few pages of post, you can beleive it or not.

Scrypt ASICS and botnets and how this guy is generating this much hash has nothing to do with this thread and has already been discussed for dozens of pages.

NOW PLEASE STOP DISCUSSING IT HERE!

Can't believe suckers are staying here when people earn 2.5x as much on diffrent pools.

If I had found another pool that earned 2.5x as much, I would be mining there and contributing to their forum, not hanging around the middlecoin forum with the us poor "suckers".

Now please do us all a favour and piss off, you and tealover are about as welcome here as a group-hug in a burns unit!

This. My average over the past month is 0.0145/mhs through middlecoin. Perhaps I could improve that if I spent lots of time researching, but I'm happy to let H20 do that for me. I don't blame him for not posting in this thread any more; he does hang around the middlecoin freenode IRC room.

For the haters; go elsewhere! Here's a list:

hashcows
trademybit
alternatepool
tompool
wafflepool
switchercoin
hash.so

I had 0.013btc/mhs from 22dec to 13jan, I calculated on my WU instead of Khash.

Add 42coin on middlecoin Smiley

Middlecoins hashrate is too high. It would crash the coin completely.

f you mine on middlecoin and like to interpret graphs; take a look at http://middlestats.circlestorm.org/
thanks a lot, it is really appreciated. could you consider to add somewhere near the graphs the current numerical values of balance, unexchanged, etc.?

Added to the main graph now Cheesy

The others might have to wait until tomorrow, my neck is killing me and I better get some sleep soon too Smiley

My average here has been just about 0.013btc/mhs.  I have gone back and forth testing trademybit.com in comparison and there I averaged about 0.010btc/mhs actual takeaway after getting payouts and exchanging them and I had to hassle with cryptsy and a lot of "dust" coins that aren't enough to pay out or exchange.

January started really bad.
I've been mining here since september with the same hashrate and I've got the worst BTC/day average this month (but still profitable  Grin)

42 coin is 47.9395 diff. and half of dogecoin is coming from middlecoin which means that it represents 200 diff. Nice try.

I've been doing the same with trademybit over the past 24 hours; mh/s earnings are 0.00634, i.e. less than half of the average I've had at middlecoin, plus all the problems of having 0.01056 of an altcoin and therefore not being able to trade it until weeks have gone by. Switching back to middlecoin as we speak.

Doge coin has a rate of about 25 GH/s, and middlecoin doesn't mine it continuously. So, middlecoin is probably about 1/3 of doge.

42coin fluctuates in diff quite a lot, due to its very short difficulty adjustment, but has been averaging about 60. Also don't forget that block times are differernt, so difficulty isn't directly comparable and must be converted. Difficulty of 60 in doge is equivalent to difficulty of 42 in 42.

In short, 42coin has been averaging a hash rate of about 6-10 GH/s. Middlecoin would make a big dent to the profitability, but it wouldn't crash it.

I have been researching some of the competition, middlecoin still wins. Look at all the bitching on other threads about profits being down. Trademybit is delaying autopayout features to address it, waffle is tweaking backend code (they are in beta though), and anything cryptsy is just a pain in the ass.

I hope to see more communication from h20, but in another form, like twitter or facebook... or heck, another thread without the flamethrowing.

For now, I'm running load balanced here and on a friend's pool. Hopefully we can get back to the good days of DOGE-mania!

3.7.2 _should_ work fine on middlecoin (the disconnect issues have been resolved serverside), but I use 3.1.1 which never really had the issue in the fist place.
