This could be pretty brutal when the US wakes up.
Don't scare me any more than I already am.

If you cut losses now you might be able to get some back by getting in on the neobee IPO that is launching tomorrow

I have a feeling this will bounce back up to .002 at least, but that is only because it has in the past. I figure those guys buying all these shares at .0015 and .0016 are going to want to rake in some profit off selling higher.

What  they want doesn't matter much. We all want to sell higher.   Grin

I am figuring that they have the means to incite the price higher.

we are actually right where we were when this thing started. It was holding steady at .002 and then down to .0015 weeks back.

Only now with a lot of missed deadlines.   Undecided

The price bounces only if labcoin makes an upfront statement, or there's some hashing income sent to the LC address. If you don't trust labcoin anymore, then the only bet is someone who bought a lot shares at 1.6 may have a BTCBuild account and he has plenty of mining power or unpaid deposit there to manipulate the market. Ironically, I'd rather bet on the latter than betting on labcoin making a candid announcement.

I honestly don't think any of these securities are worth jack at this point.  Labcoin should be an object lesson in the risks.

Should I panic sell? Smiley But seriously.

Why do you think you still have the ability to panic after hundreds of thousands of years evolution? This is a way we adapting to risky environment.

I think that risk level awareness skill, needs to be radically re-calibrated if operators are able to perpetuate wholly dishonest statements of fact.

Im not sure how a reasonably minded 'investor' is able to protect themselves when complete untruths is the information we have to hand, other than to accept its sad existence, or come to the conclusion that the bitcoin 'community' are a bunch of unattractive amateurs who make things up, as it suits. The later, is not my personal view, but how do you think this charade looks in the eyes of the newly interested? And of course, this plays nicely into the hands of interested authoritative bodies.  Sad Sad

Well, bitcoin itself isn't necessarily "about" these stock offerings, other then the fact that they couldn't really exist without crypto currencies.

Although it's unfortunate, I think the only way to make money bitcoin mining is to get into an IPO, run by a responsible operator. Otherwise, there's no profitability - the people with the actual chips take it all for themselves, either keeping the chips for themselves, or selling overpriced equipment.

Labcoin could have been a good alternative, but unfortunately they squandered it.

Plus, if you can't trust them, then you really can't invest even if you think they might start hashing.  I mean, think about it - they said they were hashing a week ago.  Were they lying then?  If not, then where is the money? For all we know, they could simply be stealing it and keeping the mined coins for themselves (Or, whoever is actually operating the mine could be, and not even telling the other members of the team.)

Out of curiosity why are new sell orders blocked on BTC-TC?

Edit: Please ignore my comment, it was a silly oversight on my part...
