Yeah I'm pissed off - and actually, I'm pretty bloody entitled to be pissed off.

Are you? Or is it just faux outrage because talking down the stock didn't work? You've been dyspeptic since your first post in this thread.

Hand on heart, indeed.

1. 11 year old technology
2. 130nm chips will not mine at a profit within 5-8 months
3. 130nm chips coming online at the same time as 28nm chips from two other suppliers
4. 65nm chips due to be developed in 2014.... when 28nm chips are already on the market, as well as bulk 65nm chips
5. Not hashing until they can get their own hardware online (it took BFL 12+ months)
6. F*d up the IPO and pissed off potential investors before they even started....

remind me, why are people investing in this ipo?

I think BTC IPO's are a bubble... a massive massive bubble. The idea that people are prepared to buy this shit illustrates that fact completely.

Hand on heart - this one is not for me. For the reasons above.

It seems the IPO is decided by luck and not the market

There are a load of smug arseholes here who have their shares and, although logically they probably understand peoples grievances, are too greedy and self absorbed to recognise them.

To those people - your life is very sad... humility, compassion, empathy... these things make people rounded and good for the world. Lacking in your sad little lives.

Yeah I'm pissed off - and actually, I'm pretty bloody entitled to be pissed off.

We understand you snoozed and lost, and now you're all butthurt about it.

"humility, compassion, empathy... " because someone with hundreds of bitcoins missed out on the opportunity to speculate on an IPO and flip it immediately, and use those massive quantities of bitcoin to squeeze out people who didn't have as much?

Whatever. You didn't even want to invest in the company just "profit off the frenzy" or whatever.  I'm actually thinking this company will do well and want to hang on to the shares.

Ok, it's clear that all the parties involved refuse to work something out with those who got screwed over with either the time zone thing or Bitcoins dissapearing.
Obviously they could work something out if they wanted to. It's far from impossible but they simply can't bothered.

Highly unprofessional and it says a lot about certain people.

And some of those who did get their shares should be ashamed of their reactions to those who lost out without doing anything wrong. Your greed and attitude is disgusting!

Its price is not a very relevant factor in its adoption....

Thank you Labcoin (swede) and burnside for not jumping the gun and just adding a sell order and instead weighing the different options to manage the unprecedented buy volume and picking a solution which I believe the majority of us new investors will be happy with all things considered (I wish I got more than ~40% of my order, but thats life).

Considering burnside has a full-time job and AM wednesday's to deal with and still is able to come up with a custom script, test it and deploy it on the exchange in a few hours to me shows his professionalism and dedication to the site.

Cheers
