It depends on what one's goal is. If it is is a long term investment than it make sense to focus on one cryptocurrency, rather than investing in few. Having a focus is important as it is a very good idea to follow the news and to try to understand the market trends. The more alt's, the more time one needs to spend on them.

If you want to take a risk you should buy a decent low marketcap altcoin with it . It is much easier to go 10x with that , because for a 10x in ethereum there has to happen a lot. But ethereum is a safer bet long term.

Today the market of altcoins is bleeding, but ETH is going up. This is an atypical situation. I think that soon everything will change so now it is better to buy the altcoin while they are at the bottom. This is a good time to buy altcoins.

I think it will be smarter if you invest it in an ICO. But not just any other ico. Should be hyped, good team, good reviews ICO. Then that would easily double your money instead of just holding

I suppose the better choice will be the investment in many good alts. I am not sure that ICO proposition is the best one. You can get EOS, TRON, and IOTA. Cardano and NEM coins are also great and they will cost more soon.

NEM is interesting, but I don't sell my ETH to buy NEM actually. If you really want to sell some ETH to get other coins, you can sell only 20% of your ETH to get different altcoins and 80% of the ETH will be there still.

if you want to play it safe you can keep hold eth for some time until the price goes up, but if you still want to invest you try thoroughly in investing, altcoin there. you better invest in alt coin that you think is good that the price is cheaper and already good ranking.

Today the ethereum is valuable but not the best alternative if you want to earn some good money from your investments. So for you holding the ethereum means limiting the profit that you are willing to get. In this case more risky investments into other cryptocurrencies would help.

ETH is more stable compared to most of the coins and tokens.
If you wanna invest into other projects, you should do your own research.

You should not hold on just to Ethereum or Bitcoin. There are a lot of promising altcoins and ICO's coming so you can just miss opportunity to make a greater profit

Investments in ETH are less risky and will bring profit for a long time. Buying cheap altcoins, you are at great risk, but the profit can be very large in a short time! If you decide to buy altcoins, buy three four different coins, after making a market and coin analysis

In my opinion you should Keep half of your money as BTC or Eth. Use other half to invest on potential altcoins or for ICO s.
However investing on altcoins is very risky than holding Eth or BTC.

Ethereum's market position makes me think it is suitable for long-term investment and is safe. Investing in other altcoins may yield higher profits, but it also faces higher risks.

I have seen so many alt coins that were cheaper and I was holding on to ETH thinking  it will pave out. I wish i bought altcoins with it as that would got me some profits.

For e.g

I was watching VERGE xvg recently when it was less than 1 cent. today it is 25 cents. I wish that I had invested in it when My gut  instincts was for it.

Did not want to loose the only ether as i lost my Previous eth in Confido scam. Please advise.

Yes much better to do that, even if we say that eth is making our eyes unto it but still much better to invest also in other altcoins because we do not know what will happen next or later. I like trading xvg also and give me profit or maybe you like monero and litecoin alsi.

You should probably keep the 1ETH.
If you have more money to spare, you should try investing into other coins.

Buy some promising altcoins but do not buy using the whole 1eth. Leave some in your wallet. Crypto currencies are volatile, you may not know if you fail or not. But at least if you fail, you still have something to look forward. Try spliying them and do not focus on just one altcoin.

My advice, you better keep your ETH and do not sell it. Although only 1 ETH, you are on the right coin, which obviously can grow and will give you many benefits. Instead, you sacrifice your ETH for only coins that are not yet clear and the prospects are not clear in the future. You will only get big chances to fail and lose your money.

we think if you want to get a faster profit in capital 1 eth for me to be able to trade on altcoin, so you earn more income quickly, and with you waiting for future eth price increase,
