1 ETH - should buy alt or hold on to it

it's almost impossible to predict which coin will increse much more than others.... for me the best way is to have a diverificated portfolio with the more commons coins and then a little percentage of new altcoins/tokens...

Let us have a look at ETH graph it looks bullish and it seems that it is forming a generic bullish shape which signals us about a further growth. It looks like a spring which is clutched and ready to release accumulated energy in a upward trend.

Well, you can either hold or find some good ICO to invest into. But don't invest the whole amount into one and only ICO. Search for three or four ones, so as not to lose everything. Take your time to learn and research.

Long term versus short term. Let say ethereum versus some alts. I think it must better to hold the long term coin in order to have huge profit at a time that it will rise than short term that you don't have any choice but to sell it. Choose the long term holding maybe it helps you. Still the choice is yours.

hold it rather than you buy some altcoin, or if you still want to buy altcoin, maybe stellar (XLM) or the top 10 rank on market will be a great choice.

ETH is a more conservative way for investment. Yes, it will bring less profit because nobody expects Ethereum to give x10=x20 in 6 months, but it won't drop to zero because it has proved his value to all market participants. If you want to risk, purchase altcoins.

I think for EThereum and the time to be held to increase the price of Ethereum. besides that with Ethereum which is held always experience a good increase, besides from price aspect also can be seen improvement which getting better. so it is necessary to hold Ethereum.

If you chose the right altcoin/token, then it can give you much higher returns when compared to Ethereum. But the reverse is also true. If you chose the wrong coin, then your entire capital can vanish in a matter of few days.

you better keep it because now the price of altcoin in the recovery period and you can buy altcoin when altcoin price decreases and now you hold your altcoin that will recover and you can get a good profit that can fix the loss

Well ETH is giving the same amount of returns that other altcoins would have given you so I don't see why you would want to buy alts. Also Ethereum is the safest bet and you should avoid diversifying if you aren't pumping in new money into the crypto markets. Just relax and hodl onto your Ethereum.

You can invest to ICO. Choose the good ICO and buy the token and after it list on exchange your asset will x3 or x4. 1ETH will become 3 or 4 ETH.
