If I have 1 ethereum I would split it and hold the 50% and trade the other 50%. The prices of altcoins are really dipping right now versus ethereum so, its good to buy team and exchange when their prices goes up. You might end up having 3x the value of your eth that team.

If you want to buy a new altcoin, you should know in advance about the project, you also have to read their whitepapers and roadmaps. If you hesitate to buy altcoin, you are better to hold your ethereum until it's very high

I can agree with you on the topic of trusting your instincts. Your intuition is what can differentiate you from others and make you great profit, but if it is not based on at least decent enough facts, than I`m afraid intuition can also make you lose everything.

Read up about new projects with coins that are still very cheap for you to buy enough with one ethereum. I am not really a fan of leaving your coins in one place without them doing anything. When you keep reinvesting your coins, you get more profits when the projects that you invested in start doing well.

Hold is more safely and stable way to make profit but you can get more if you invest in some good alt, either way you decide you wanna risk and get more or just play safe

You can hold some eTH and and buy some alts. Get some cheap coins from the top 50-100. Look into them and see which ones you like and you think have potential for growth.

I think holding ETH is always good instead of buying other altcoins with ETH because ETH has strong capability to increase its price in the market. We don't know how other altcoins will work and how long it will take to increase their price.

Though the current price of ethereum continues to decline, it will be much better for you to keep it. At least you are on a coin that has a bright future and clear, so even if only 1 ETH, but your investment can still grow and you will get good results. Instead of using it for altcoins, the altcoin you choose does not necessarily have as much potential as ETH, you can even wait longer for your investment to grow and produce a good price.

For me Ethereum is the second after Bitcoin. As we can see, the price is going up now. I like ETH because it's a perfect way to buy other alcoins. And it means that usage of ETH will only increase. So don't be afraid, it's a good investment. I'd hold it.
You should find some good projects with new cheap altcoins that have a great potential to grow. Today, you can see a large number of ICO projects.

The thing is you find out which coin made a break and raised a lot postpartum, when everything happens already. This way I also would like to invest in bitcoin when it costed couple of dollars  You see, it's hard to predict which coin is going to be pumped and when. There are so many coins and to chose one or two from its mass won't be easy. Etherum is going to raise this year, by some recent prediction, so both variants - to sell it or to keep it will bring you profit, the point is how much you wish to risk? |

I have seen so many alt coins that were cheaper and I was holding on to ETH thinking it will pave out. I wish i bought altcoins with it as that would got me some profits.
For e.g
I was watching VERGE xvg recently when it was less than 1 cent. today it is 25 cents. I wish that I had invested in it when My gut instincts was for it.
Did not want to loose the only ether as i lost my Previous eth in Confido scam. Please advise.
If you still hold Ethereum now you have to keep it until the price reaches a very high value. Do not rush to sell Ethereum. Because the current price of Ethereum can certainly rise again many times over. In fact, I suggest you buy more Ethereum. |

You can split it up. Keep a certain portion of your money in eth, and invest the rest in alts. Eth will probably rise, but at a smaller percentage than alts, but alts are risky obviously. So if your investment in alts fails, you will still have a portion of your eth.
I think this advice is the most correct. If you invest in one coin, there is a great chance of losing everything. There are a lot of scam coins now by possessing this considerable Ethereum by keeping it capable of bringing its price to a good increase. after experiencing considerable improvement by maintaining it. Ethereum a number of capable of being a coin that is very capable to be reliable in the future. and to defend it will not be easy but trying hard will be helpful. |
