I didn't read all the pages but did they manage to get the target of 2TH/s ? or they are still tweaking the prototype ? they still advertise 2 TH/s on their website so they still think they can do it I guess !
Nope, they're only hashing around 1.5TH. That's only 750Gh/sec per 2 chips. 250Gh/sec less per 2x goldstrike chips than what they said atm, however tweaking the software and chips are still a work in progress. Also looking at the cpu core temp 79c on the goldstrike they might not be able to hit 2TH per unit with out getting hardware errors. It will be good to watch if they can pull it off. You can view a shot of it here. http://imgur.com/Dvm0jc4 Cointerra has not yet released their final specifications - the information above is outdated. However, an update is expected before the end of the week. That's not outdated, it was taken a few day's ago and posted on the website. lol you work for them?

Are you all doing the Terrahosting service at Rackspace, Data Foundry or any of the other bigger name colo's in the surrounding area? Or will you all be doing your own hosting in house?

because they don't have any common sense in the bunch of them... here is some rational thought from their forum but more crickets.. "Ship the units without the PSU's then they wont need certifying , then ship the already certified PSU's seperately and customers can install them , this is how KNC got their orders out of the door so quickly. I would be shocked if these get through certification in 2-3 days ? How would that be possible surely these people know better than that ? I thought they had more experience UL testing can take forever " http://forum.cointerra.com/threads/delivery-times-move-up-a-month-s.268/#post-1341

I've already talked to my lawyer. Their contract has a dozen flaws in it, and is so piss poor I'll be surprised if they survive the backlash we give them.

Is your lawyer as real as your VMC mining hardware*? Chilling out may be advised for the moment in any case— the assembly line pictures and demos show that there is actual progress being made, it doesn't seem like backlash could possibly make it move along any faster. Sadly early customers are already screwed on these systems. *For some context: CanadianGuy claimed to have received VMC mining hardware last month, this month it was disclosed that VMC was still working on RTL.

Sorry. The machine thing was a joke though, seriously. Almost every ActM shareholder knew that, and I wasn't trying to fool anybody. My intention was misinterpreted and I didn't mean for it to become a big thing. I do have a lot of mining hardware but none of it is VMC, or CT unfortunately.

I would suggest you change your name then because constantly posting that you had been shipped and received a machine from VMC/AMC when they have not even received a chip nor have any chance of delivering anything in the next three months, is not that funny. Then bragging that someone paid you 5 BTC to make the fraudulent posts is also, not that funny.

We were videotaped presenting the material for the first lab meeting. Over and over the lead professor told us "never use sarcasm, it gets misunderstood."

Not surprised by this non-update, so lets get this straight, the miners are only hashing at 1.5 TH, they're over a month late on December batch, they say they're shipping by next week, but who knows what is really going to happen? What happened to the dream team cointerra? Seems like another asic company that couldn't hack it, should have went with KNC. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RGArkvNXl1g

Alright.. but if i was in charge of millions of dollars of customers funds I would treat them with so much respect, my employees would be working around the clock. If I saw that I was going to be late, I would hire more man power. Anything to live up to my word. We aren't talking about a $20 VMC machine here.. that's for another thread. Isn't attacking someones opinion due to their credibility considered to be flawed logic for an argument?? I'm sure it is.. my opinion is just as valid as anybody elses, so my history has nothing to do with it.

Anyone know how many miners CT took pre-orders for, or how many in any particular month ? Just to help guesstimate the impact on hashrate when/if they start shipping product

There is a thread over there at mining speculation - Total Hashrate Forecast Q1, Q2 2014 (Community work) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=387533.0Edit: just checked over there, no info for cointerra: [10] No figure availabe; following batch 1; CT is currently selling batch 5; Cointerra has without a doubt massive capacities; any ideas?
