I don't think so. There is nothing which can change Bitcoin atleast at this moment. Bitcoin is the core and the whole market depends on it. I know that eth has many use cases but replacing Bitcoin is not possible .And at this moment  eth is going down cause recently many ICOs failed or scammed a lot of money. So people  losts there trust in eth. So it's falling and now many platform token is available in market and some of them are really good. But eth is popular that's why eth is still on second. And it will be . But it can't replace Bitcoin. That's what I believe.

For me Ethereum is the best altcoin in this market although from the beginning of 2018 till now it's constantly slumping.
