I'm almost sure for 99% that it wont happened. Bitcoin is too popular not only in crypto cummunity, for example try to ask some of your friend about crypto and they heared only about bitcoin, almost no one knows about another kind of cryptocyrrency.

BTC cannot be overtaken by any othe coins. THe gap in the price right makes them different. Even the number of Bitcoin and Ethereum, you can say that Bitcoin still on top. Likewise, the demands for Bitcoin is higher than that of ETH.

In my opinion yes Ether might be the next bitcoin because Ethereum is a decentralized platform for applications that run exactly as programmed without any chance of fraud, censorship or third-party interference.And some people think its price value is lower than bitcoin but this is actually a good thing for Ether investors who are looking for investing other than Bitcoin.The lower price of Ether might attract investors as there is more chance to go up in coming days. So I am very confident Ether will rise more from current level.

I think Bitcoin is mostly a speculative store of money. Ethereum is also struggling with network congestion and stuff like that. Maybe it will conquer btc, but i think there are already better coins than ether.

Ethereum Will the Next Bitcoin? - Through the year 2017, the value of bitcoin digital currencies go up to touch the highest level in history. However, bitcoin is not the only digital currencies whose value is streaked.

Is there such a thing as next Bitcoin? I know there is such a thing as next to Bitcoin but I doubt there is such a thing as the former. Ethereum comes second to Bitcoin but it will not be able to replace Bitcoin because Bitcoin is right there on the top spot. Bitcoin is still leading so far and leading big. The dominance of Bitcoin at this particular moment, as a matter of fact, is more than 50%. Ethereum is good but Bitcoin is still the best.

Eth is a good coin, and their team is strong, but I think bitcoin will always come first.

I think no. I even see a scenario where eth will be a scam, but btc will stand as a digital gold for a long time or forever.
