The more crazy the predictions the less comfortable Iam really.   Actions not words really are going to show where bitcoin can goto and price is not the most exciting thing, thats like a badge on a fancy car.   Anyone who knows the potential is liking the engineering and well timed application of force to good effect that drives the motion and momentum of a fine machine or even a virtual one I reckon.

McAfee can do more then guess at prices, does he speculate markets now or is his expertise in other factors.  I'm more interested in his technical opinion then the price, price is the last thing that should really matter.  Its a circulation of value, velocity and revenue that wont care about the number on that day exactly as every sale comes with a bill in the economy overall.

In my own vision I don't really rely on the graphical analysis most of the time, because I am always into the actual price monitoring,  and hopefully time will come not just you, but we gonna be rich in the future. This price of todays updates has gone through benefits between the journey of bitcoin economy. So I can view it to be much progressive for further price fluctuations which really showed better tracks.

Where does he share his ideas these days? Doesn't seem like he is very active on the forums anymore. I remember a friend telling me that he had a Russian community where he shared charts, but dumb old me assumed I could just check his thread here, so I didn't ask for the website.

I don't remember hearing anything about $15,000 before the end of the year, but his $40,000-$100,000 by 2019 call is now famous. I am inclined to pay attention, since he was very accurate predicting the bull cycles in both the early 2013 and late 2013 runs. I do recall that he was wrong once or twice calling the bottom in 2015, but I certainly can't cast any shade on his analysis since that time.

I would compare this rally more to the one from April 2013. And this one significantly overshooted the 6.854 fib level compared to the previous rally (which went from 5 to 15$ in 2012).
According to masterluc, the rally after this one, which presumably tops at 40-110k, would then correspond to the November 2013 rally. Then afterwards the bearmarket if I am not mistaken.

I'm just amatour, but in my opinion $7k should be broken before the end of this year. Of course it's just my private speculation, but in my opinion it all points to it.

As much as I respect masterluc I think this bull market cycle will top out at $7000. I used previous Fibonacci extensions and point and figure charts to arrive at that number. This is the time to start selling BTC and hold BCC. Of course bitcoin can surprise so never sell all your bitcoin.

Any analysis is only a guess or probability statement of possible future scenarios.    The outside world is far larger then bitcoin and we can be jostled upwards or downwards by wider events then seen just within our limited view.
If theres a good possibility for 7,000 on this years movement to continue I'm glad to hear it but its just a maybe.  Most people just look shorter term then that and the market itself is constantly readjusting itself as many people bail out and take profits every $500 or so as said above.

The channel for August on BTC Kraken is no longer active and imo we've been a bit more down or volatile since then though BTC stays strong.  I thought BTC quite strong this whole year compared to other years, obviously we had severe dips but its resilient is my repeated view.  The recent low was roughly in line with the trend since April

 I would characterise BTC price as building more then with any objective, there are some levels overhead to climb above and then confirm as a base then we can come back and focus on movement especially continuing upwards.

Luc isn't saying we go straight to 15k. He is saying that we are going there. We can take our sweet ass time. But we aren't entering a multi year bear market anytime soon.
