if cryptocurrency is prohibited in their country and they can't show their face because of that, how the hell they will deal with fiat and as we know their main service is payment and they want to make mix trading plattform for forex and crypto, plus debit card. All those features required regulation !
As I said before, this kind of projects require big team and revealing team identity.
