KYC is good for bounty hunters It will help the management to know those spammers and those who has multiple accounts. I'm surprised why some of the Bounty participants do find it difficult to submit there KYC if truly they are not spammers.

But I do not understand why the developers did not provide me with KYC of CEOs. So I know where to go and where to look for them if this project turns out to be a Scam.

And by the way KYC does not solve the problem of spammers, because on the Internet you can easily buy the data of people who provided them within the KYC.

For me that is okay. That is only about the token they are getting out and not the whole crypto world. If it is about bitcoin then it could be a problem.
Tokens like that will need to adjust for them to continue their service. Governments are now getting strict because of the scams that have been happening all around the world of internet and ICO's have a big part of that.
If this continues then it might be the fall of the whole crypto-world, so just better let it be.

I think everybody should do whatever works for them. If you feel you can't put your information out there don't. KYC needs to be done at times to prevent people from doing bounties with multiple accounts so I think and inorder to know people from countries where cryptos/ico are banned don't participate to avoid legal consequences for the project in future.

Kyc of bounty hunters, yes there are some bounty program makes kyc as a compulsury or needed to fill up kyc, rececently this bounty i joined is needed it but i think this could not make i problem for a bounty hunters they just wanted a personal data on it. Only we are thinking that investors are needed it that's why many will react on it.

I don't agree with you, because KYC is not for bounty hunters. Bounty hunters are performing a job ant they receive rewards for their efforts and work done. There is no money-laundering involved here.

It is not safe. I think that it is very bad to ask headhunters about their KYC, and now they ask our personal information when they can't even store our private e-mail address

I am personally very upset with this as I done hard work for few projects and have nothing just because of this new KYC law now I try to pass for two projects but still they are doing few tricks and its going to hurt badly for many bounty hunters

I personally disagree with the KYC for bounty participants, I am also very uncomfortable with the condition where all my personal information will be known by the bounty organizer, as it could be misuse of our personal data.
it would be wise for us to consider further before we provide our personal data when filling the KYC .

You must confirm first that the bounty campaign that you are participating to is a legit bounty campaign. For me, you must avoid these bounty campaigns that needs kyc to get your tokens. Not that you get more tokens from it but to avoid giving your credentials to the other user. When you really go to this process, you are responsible for your own actions.

If a bounty need KYC then I never join them because that can expose my identity and that's not good because we are all here engage in crypto to be anonymous.

I personally do not like the procedure of KYC because I do not really want to send my documents, and even to other countries. Identity theft is a common phenomenon, because the organizers of ICO do not send the same documents to their investors.

It will be more fair if dev have told their bounty participants from the start, not when they have completed  their work. I believe 95% bounty participants will not give any of their ID only for claiming bounty.
But it's back to dev decision, if you don't want give your ID for their KYC process, leave it.

On the one hand,,, kyc is good for filtering bounty hunters,,, because now there are many participants who have multiple accounts,,, so this way minimize fraud. On the other hand, for hunters bounty kyc is still a doubt to follow. Because there are still many worries about the misuse of data to be sent.

Hi, Russlenat!
I noticed that you joined ContractVault bounty which I was interested.
You should check their ICO process.
It has been several days but they only raised 35 ETH.

I think this is good for preventing the occurrence of bounty cheats such as multi accounts, and also KYC is very helpful to collect valid participant data, and make bounty participants not only silent waiting when it has completed its task, but is required to continue to monitor the progress of the project

I think KYC is applied as part of cryptocurrency and investment regulations in some countries
a new rule imposed by a project and I think it will make it difficult for gift campaign participants to join this project because I do not think all campaigns require KYC.

I noticed recently that some campaigns have been asking for KYC. I totally understand their erring on the side of caution; however, I might have an impact on the quality of submissions by bounty hunters when you mainly have non native English speaker promoting project targeted at English speakers.

Bounty programs are asking bounty hunters to do KYC before they are paid for work done . What do you think of this development.
It is dangerous for us bounty hunters if we will join in ICOs that requires KYC because they can use our information in a bad way. It is better if we will avoid to the bounty campaign that requires KYC for our own sake.

I have conflicting opinions about this. On the one hand, developers are trying to reduce the number of scammers who use several accounts, on the other hand in our time it's not difficult to get a few documents. On the one hand, developers refer to the legal aspect, on the other hand, why then, in general, decentralization and anonymity.
