Last week on June 7 in the capital of our homeland, Moscow, the International Blockchain Conference took place in the Federation Council. Among the invited persons at the event were members of the Federation Council, State Duma deputies, Governors and Vice Governors of the regions of the Russian Federation, heads of large companies, representatives of commercial banks, and experts in crypto business. It is a great event for the domestic crypto industry, at which the next successful performance of the FLOGmall team took place.
In March of this year, there were bills brought into legislation in the State Duma, regulating the market of cryptocurrencies, ICO and crowd-funding, as well as concepts that define ideas about digital law, digital money and other segments of crypto economics. At the last conference legislative initiatives on legal regulation and predicted the progress of building a digital economy in Russia were just discussed.
The event of this format takes place in our country for the first time, but today it describes itself as one of the authoritative discussion platforms for discussing crypto politics and the results of its enforcement in the Russian Federation. Results and proposals made within the framework of the event are planned to be systematized and presented to the authorities, participants of the crypto community and descendants for the future. As you can guess, the conference was so successful that the organizers decided to carry out an annual event.
Among the speakers, one could meet modern crypto-celebrities: Juvan Lee, organizer of Fintech Week, as well as CEO of NexChange and of Venture Fund - Arrakis Ventures; Pushkov Anton, Managing Partner of the Intellectual Property Center of the Skolkovo Foundation; Sidorenko Elina, the head of the group on assessing the risks of turnover of cryptocurrency in the State Duma of the Russian Federation; Karl Eckstein, Professor, Doctor of Law, Honorary Consul of the Russian Federation in Switzerland.
By the way, Djuvan Li and a member of our team Maxim Teleshev talked for about an hour and a half. He told us about the secrets of holding the ICO in the Asian countries, revealed a couple of secrets that will later help us in our future Road Show.
As part of the presentation of projects, Arthur Lipatov introduced us from the stage, if anyone forgot - he is the charming community director of FLOGmall, as well as the father of the Russian Silicon Valley, our partner. Some of the residents of the Silicon Valley also showed their achievements in the exposition sphere.
And although we had some problems with the transportation and installation of a two-meter high plasma, it was a positive experience that brought to us such fruits as 50+ handed out business cards to interested enthusiasts, new acquaintances and agreements with investment funds, and most important - the admiring eyes of the public, which found out that our security token (which is not often found in the domestic ICO), and that in general someone is doing such suitable projects in the Russian countryside.
