I am really worried why we are still lacking to reach soft cap. This is one of the highest rated ICO in the review websites  . . . Still 3700 eth to reach soft cap  

3700 eth is alot of task to over come to hit the softcap. But I will want to assume  the delay is due to the current market trend. Let's hope while we see more stability and rise in the general market, we can start to see more investors

I think translating the white paper into other major language such as French, Germany, Chinese  and other languages is needed, they are lots of people that only speak this languages. Telegram and Twitter are vital ways to attract investors, translating white paper to other  languages helps too.

Nearly everyone knows English so it is best to keep the whitepaper that way. English is a world language even in my country they are teaching it. It is true that i had a little bit problems with it first, but now i love it.
