Thanks guys for clarification, I miss understood initially that token price is fixed in USD. Since ETH at low price I think this makes even better deal to buy GIFcoin

As far as I know, in this project it doesn't matter. At least, I haven't come across such prohibitions yet. But it's better to read white paper if you are not sure.
