Most likely the schedule 1-2 times a day I have repeatedly seen the movement of the counter several times a day. The lack of movement of the counter says only about smaller sales that day.

You're right. It is absolutely impossible. Given that the site did not work for a couple of days (I have for sure) - we can assume that there are some technical problems, but there were no applications for closing the 4th stage either.

Why ? In the Whitepaper, the soft cap is set at 5,000 ETH and they have approximately 3000 ETH for the moment (~60% of the soft cap).
