The markets are falling significantly again, is this still relatively normal and is the best advice just to HODL? Moving forward I think I will set stop losses on all holdings to protect my capital against falls like this.

It is good to have a stop loss target but if you didn't stop loss at the right time I suggest you analyze first before you cut loss because the market might bounce back anytime.If your paper loss is already at 50%  I think it is better to hold than to stop loss.

when the market falls, the best way to do is to hold. because by holding able to maintain the state of the market coins that will fall. so I advise you when the start market has decreased by holding it.
