Let's look how D-TUBE develops. I think there is a need to break those monopolies youtube and netflix have and with CRYPTOFLIX this could be achieved.

I think the market is big enough for a project like a Cryptoflix to have its place.

Of course that this market can easily handle another streaming platform. The question is if cryptoflix can compete with the biggest players out there?

With the right team, marketing strategy and innovative technology  and concept, I think CRYPTOFLIX can compete with anyone.

Let‘s be honest. It will be hard to compete with giants like Netflix, Amazon etc. especially as long as crypto is not accepted by the majority of the population. But it can be an alternative to the current streaming services for sure. But to get the bigger mass they need to be much better then all the giants and especially make payment with crypto easy enough to get the non crypto masses to use it.

I think it all comes down to the quality of the offered productions. Look at the first few "Netflix Originals": they had a very high quality and Netflix was able to raise their reputation through that. Nowadays, not everything thats labeled "Netflix Original" is of high quality. But this needs to be the kickstart for Cryptflix

Of course there is not every time that what you would expect on Netflix, but that is normal and neither CryproFlix can make this promis to always satisfy the customers. I am just saying that we need to see it rational. I like the project and think there is a lot of potential.

As a FLIX Token holder, you will have access to the CRYPTOFLIX Film Marketplace, where you will be able to see the projects you can invest in and their term sheets. When you invest in a project, CRYPTOFLIX will deposit your FLIX Tokens into a FilmCoin smart contract and you will receive 1:1 fiat pegged internal FilmCoins which represent your investment.
If and when the film project is a success and recoups profits, the initial FLIX Tokens used as collateral is returned to your digital wallet, while the yield is given as internal FilmCoins.

The movie industry is all in bed with each other and very protective (even though they still see each others as competitors). The industry would charge a disruptive newcomer like Cryptoflix a lot more money in order to get into their turf.

In the beginning, they really need something catchy to attract attention and gain their audience. However, before adding such a show they should have everything done right - the first impression is the most important one and the one that is hard to change
