Bitmine,

I am writing to let you that I have completed my refund request March 31st, which included completing the refund request as well as providing a copy of my state ID card.  I recently requested a status update on the refund in separate emails but I haven't yet received a response.

My order number is 2748.  Can someone please help me obtain the refund?  I am sure you are swamped with other requests but I am sure you want to honor your obligations.  I would appreciate your help.  Thanks.

@Bitmine:
1) Rig update please.
2) Low power mode update please. An ultra efficient mode was a big selling point for me, and would extend the profitable operating life of the rigs. Very interested in progress here.

Run a Bitcoin node, support the network.

If you are haveing problums with the A1 chips in your miner blame the manufacture innosilicon is the company that made it. Also don't buy those GAWminer and Hashra Scrypt miners as they use the new A2 scrypt chip.

Everybody check if glued heatsinks are in place!!!

One day my 1 Th/s unit stopped hashing, after restart it hashed only at 850 Gh/s. I checked both of my units and saw this when I opened 600 Gh/s unit:

2 of 3 heatsinks fell down in this unit, 4 of 5 heatsinks fell down in 1 Th/s unit

hashing module without heatsink

@giorgio

For advanced turbo mode (if I ever can run it because of too low PSU bitmine delivered me!), are there any additional informations how to optimize the hashingpower and not to burn down the modules?
Or do we customers have to test what you promised?

To get an answer at all: @Anyone
Some experiences on advanced turbo mode?

I'd suggest a dedicated thread, it can be difficult to share feedback with so much people complaining..

Which wouldn't be an problem if Bitmine actually weren't scamming people constantly.
