Hello guys, I have been reading both the unofficial and official Bitmine thread. Lots of frustrations by unhappy customers. I'm trying to get my refund from this company for two orders, total ~ $ 50.000 I have been very patient, paid November 2013 but no rigs or any clear estimate is given by Bitmine. Their deadline of their "30 days" refund period is about to expire but no response for weeks now by either mail or phone (not being picked up). I'm now planning to visit their facility and if needed file a local police report. Anyone visited their facility lately and/or having the same plans? For people who have visited their facility more recently, are they still located at this location? Centro la Monda 2 6528 Camorino Switzerland
Please send me a PM so we might join as a group. My phone calls have always got through. I have called them at least 10 times within last 2 months. Their line is open between 10AM and 12PM or 2PM and 4PM, Monday to Friday. You may need to compare yours and theirs time zone to clarify. Sometimes the line is busy so it's good to hang up and call back after few minutes. I can dream about their telephone wait-tune, spend at least 100 euro's on phone costs to them. Seems pure waste of time and money. To who did you speak? I can also verify that I got through to them 90% of the times I called them. That was from Oct '13 till Apr '14. Spent around 200 USD for those phone calls... Eventually had to take a week off (another extra few hundred loss) in order to go there myself and pick the CCD up myself (another >1500 USD loss, read my previous posts). I wouldn't bother emailing them. Calls do work. Going there yourself works as well (that's if you can afford it)...

For everyone who filled a refund and got paid or is waiting for payment please list your refund claim at www.bitminerefund.com so we can build a list of open and paid refunds.

QUESTION: Did you pay to much tax on items imported as well? Im wondering cause the invoice inside the package of bitmine.ch seemes to be "correct". First they put in the 3 module price and than they cut of an "discount" to the price of the 2 module price. But I had to pay TAX/VAT for the 3 module price...(Fed Ex did the custom stuff) First I wanted to blame it on bitmine. <-- cause usually Im right with that but maybe it FedEx? So did that happend to you as well? If, what did to fiy that? I allready sent a message to FedEx, but just recently, waiting for an answer...

Good news for Rig customers! I would have been excited to get a 2.4TH/s Rig in the last week of December 2013 (the expected delivery date of my order). Unfortunately now is too late... 5 months late. Looking forward to getting my refund. Interested to hear what the 2TH/s Rigs are like from customers who receive one. Fastest miner in the world!

I'd forgotten this gem of a lie / line:
After all, Switzerland’s reputation for punctuality is not a myth!
hi everyone, my name is roy. i used to live in a decent apartment here in los angeles and ive been a silent member of this site since i placed my first order with this company via 50btc.com back in october 2nd, 2013. i am so disappointed and mostly mad at myself for putting my 100% trust into a company thats half way across the world and not knowing if they even existed. i was new to bitcoins and to the mining field. without doubt, i decided to invest everything i had saved in hopes to make enough money so i could finish school to get my engineering degree, as well as make enough to support my wife and 2yo daughter. over the past months of waiting for my order, i ran into major financial problems that forced me to abandon my mining mission. i ordered for a refund on april 1st 2014 for the 8x upgrade modules that i ordered directly from bitmine.ch on december 26th for $8811.00 (21.44630513 btc) . they confirmed the request and canceled my order within a few days. its been past the 31 day mark and no refund has made it to my wallet. i was counting on that to pay my rent and now, that me, my wife and daughter are evicted from the nice apartment we used to live in, antonio, kerim, and georgio seem not to give a rats ass about anyone. and when ive been asking nicely for my money, i get an email from antonio that my order i placed from 50btc last year has shipped. and the cpp is also included. i had a buyer that would have gotten me enough money to pay my late rent today, but when i went to fedex to pick up the shipment and saw that it was only one box. i fckin ordered 2 ccd200 and with the ccp, wasnt i supposed to get 2x ccd200 with additional 400ghs per miner? i told the guy that i was goiong to sell him 2 600ghs ccd, not one ccd with only 2 modules. i took the box to my inlaws, unboxed it and almost fainted after what i saw. they didnt even attach the cables. it didnt come with a manual, the power cord was for european outlets, and the modules were bearly fastened to the case. i am soo fcking pissed right now, that i dont know what to do. seriously bitmine! wtf! why are you doing this to us? what did we do to deserve this? i'm sure i'm not the only person to fck off life savings in hopes that trusting bitmine.ch will get us a return. why do you choose to hurt innocent people? please, stop taking advantage of us. you probably think, since most of your customers are scattered across the world, you have the right to do this. think again buddy, the world is a lot smaller than you think. im sure you'll run into one of your customer sooner or later.

OMFG OMFG OMFG!!!! Now it is clear for everybody that the delays of refunds are scheme and they delay as much as possible to send the miners instead.

News on the new web site - they say the coincraft rig production started and they believe the deliveries will be completed within the end of June. As I work in hardware design and production, I know what that means, unstable mainboard, software bugs, chinese components. So I hope what they say is true.
Anyway, whoever invests in bitcoin hardware should know this is 50% chance of money loss. If so many people cancel their orders, it may be good for me because I may get my order faster. Or not (50% chance). I am still waiting. It is sad that I have to find out from web site, and not from an e-mail answer (which I am still waiting) that the will not happen at the last promised date (first week of may).
Alright - any news about orders starting with #44xx for coincraft rigs? When should we expect them, because many of us have work to do and cannot sit and wait.

Desk upgrade module -> 200GH/s $1069 Completely crazy ! +1 Down right r-tarded IM<HO.. They are aware the mining world has moved on right? $5/GH is DONE, anything north of $3/GH is on it's way out and Bitmaintech is selling 180GH/s for 0.516 BTC, this must be a push to hook some newbies, I would say this is last desperate move of a drowning monkey. Best to turn away and let it die in peace...

When I wake up today I found today in my inbox some really disturbing news. "Latest news from bitmine.ch! " on the short: Desktop customers: no chance to have in the hand your ASIC even this June ( ! ) Rig customers: the hope die the last one, so keep your spirit high "Great news for all the Rig preorder owners, " bla bla bla, the same June as in the case of the Desks it's to be counted. Giorgio will offer you this instead of your Rigs: "Here’s an eyecandy for everybody, a screenshot of cgminer running on the fully populated Rig. A complete video will be published too soon!" Refund requesters: quote "We have been experiencing an unusually high amount of refund requests posted during the past weeks" I wonder why "and this is generating a lot of work with the consequence of delaying the processing time. We are kindly asking for your patience ..." bla bla bla sounds like: Keep trying you insects ! (from Star Trek - Birth of the Generation PC game, Cardassian star base vs Federation fleet) I am too tired to hear the same old lies.
