"Bank limits" was the mantra of MtGOX

It may well be the same kind of "bank limits": insufficient funds.
Cashflow problems don´t mean a company is defaulting.

The problem is that manufacturers have equipment and components and chips that they need to assemble and ship to customers.
They have to use atleast parts of their money to buy all this.

I would give them some time to ship to existing customers, eventually everyone should receive their gear and if they want to their refund.

Hi,
i made my order on the 04. of Oktober 2013. (payed on the 5th)
They said i will get it in Dezember..
Order Nr. #2101

They had delays (no Problem)
i waited annother 2 Month (no Problem)

Then thy lied and a wanted my money Back.
Sent it to Bitmine on the 26.03.2014 ( + 30 Days they had to send my money Back)

Today ist the 05.06.2014 (+ 67 Day for Payout) + (+156 Day for delivering the miner)

FUCK YOU ASSHOLE GIORIGO!!!!
Now you get something from my lawyer.

Unfortunately, we have a fixed amount of international wire transfer orders that our bank allows to process daily.
FUCK YOU ASSHOLE GIORIGO!!!!

Is bitmine even shipping *anything* right now?  They have not updated their prices since last year,  and the last order batch they had was due in May.  I'm hoping they were able to deliver those,  right?  Surely they have the process/supply chain figured out by now?

Does anyone here have a may/late april order?

Company that has no income to get steady cashflow will default. Bitmine has had no sales for few months as none would buy their overpriced products not now or not in future. They cannot compete at this market making miners in Swizerland when they dont own their chip. Chinese are doing same miners for 30% production costs.

Innosilicon managed to make scrypt-asic without Bitmine. They can surely make next gen asic for bitcoins without Bitmine. Same time Bitmine trys to resolve their own incompetence and avoid inevitable banckrypcy. This company is done. Only income they have is mining. Preorder money went to ordering and paying chips 6 months ago, they had 3 months head start to make miners before Innosilicon opened chips sales to everyone.. they failed to make that miner in time.

In Shenzen ex works price for "bitmine" chips miner of 1T is 1200-1300$ now.

Plus the almost $1million here: 1Fwy1ohpdinkcsTSkEJ4pvRnLj3Q8TVSp5

If this is their hoped for retirement fund, they should think twice, and use it to refund those of us still waiting. The Internet has a long memory. And the blockchain will show us where they send OUR money. As it stands, they will not be able to retire anyway, as some of us will be doing everything we can to ensure that the people involved do not have a happy time.

As far as I know (some?) "March delivery" CoinDesks have been delivered, with compensation.

I own the fully paid order #3876 from December 4, 2013
I supposed to receive 1x CoinCraft Desk in February week 3 batch #2, but I was delayed to March then to April by Bitmine.ch support.
I didn't received any CoinCraft Desk therefore I asked for the REFUND + PENALTIES on April 30 then again on May 05.
Now I am "correctly registered for a refund" after countless emails sent to refund@bitmine.ch, but I don't received anything yet... because of this  bitmine.ch/delays-refunds-processing/
I blocked my money with Bitmine.ch's preorder and I lost many others opportunities to make REAL money:
- purchasing cheap Bitcoins
- purchasing Ant Miner S1 /S2
- purchasing ASIC for scrypt like Gridseed, G-Blade, Zeus Miner, GAW etc.

Unserious Bitmine.ch for serious miners !

I apologize for my English. I want to say that the company Bitmine.ch, fulfill their obligations. Why hold the hype surrounding this company? Until recently, I read forums about Bitmine.ch. Of all written one could conclude that the company is cheating all. But it is not! I ordered them miners at the end of December 2013. Delay was 2 months, but I got + miners compensation that has been agreed. Mr. Kerim, he wrote to me and offered me the option. I agreed with him. A few days later, I received a notice from Bitmine.ch and UPS.
Question: Do you think that competitors Bitmine.ch, specifically leave negative feedback, so lured to his buyers.
I believe that the difficulties that have been in the company, they have already mastered. Otherwise I would not get my miners.
I got my miners. Now I do not doubt the honesty of Bitmine.ch.
You just need to find a compromise. Do not write negative reviews and escalate the situation. Try to negotiate.

For me this is kinda a funny thing.....  (NOT!! lol)

They told me the same in mail 4 weeks back....

But what bank?Huh

I paid in bitcoin's and are suppose to get bitcoin's back....

And we already know they have a lot of bitcoin's ready to go, as others have posted over and over again....

So their is no need to involve any bank to get new ones or any thing, they just need to tell their wallets to send the bitcoins to my wallet, shut take about 1 min. pr. customer ;(

So what "bank limit" are they even talking about? their is no limit on bitcoin transactions....

Just more lies !!!

(hmmm also at what rate am i suppose to get now? (if any thing at all).... the bitcoin price has moved up almost 200 $ pr. coin in the time that has past from the bitcoins was suppose to have bin paid to me and be in my wallet, so are they paying at today's rate? becurse then that's yet another scam, on me at least, if no one else.....)

Hey guys! It should be clear by now that bitmine will not return our money.
I think everyone of you should accept it and move on. And after every bit of hope and delusion about those scammers will fade, everyone will feel motivated enough to do something.
Did anyone here do some something? Did anyone go to police or to lawyer? And particularly, what results or info did you get?
I think the very topics worth discussing here right now is what are you doing or what are you can do get money from those scammers.

Me? I did nothing yet. But I hope  to hear about results from those who went to police or lawyer.

Try to negotiate? as? if respoden to emails, or anything, as we do by telepathy.

What you have to do is to Begin at once to behave like a serious company and return the money to their customers are the ones who have put him where they are.

BITMINE RETURN MONEY AND YOU WILL BE A SERIOUS COMPANY FOR MINING.

Not that it will help me get my money back, but me and my brother whent to the police her 3 weeks ago and reported them for fraud and gave them copies of every thing, also a lot of the forum posts, their answers, lies and so on, in it, i was told they would try to build a case...

So they are running some kind of investigation and are trying to build a case i guess...

But it don't help me directly, other then i might see bitmine.ch get hurt at some point...

Also it will only work really good if many others are doing the same...

So will see about that....

It would be easy to close all toughs cases for them...

Pay the refund and the criminal cases go away...

I get these messages as well, but has no noticeable impact on performance...

dont know but....

it looks like the errors you would get on a hard drive, up on unpacking a file that has some damage to it...

i'm not so technicel to analyse this error -> but 2 minners shut down -> and i have to restart the cgminer by hand....
its not good, i cant sit 24/7 i front of the miner's... grml.... is there an solution ?
did you change the default miner settings? Are they not running too hot (like > 55C, do they suck in cool air)?
