50% of zero is still zero

Still avoiding any response on chips or what was actually "shipped to customers"

You blurt demands for information to strengthen your case against ActM, all the while highlighting areas of confidentiality where information is naturally thin on the ground, yet you fabricate information to strengthen your case which you know can't be disproven at this time.  Your disinformation and propaganda is no where near as effective as you would like, simply put, because you are nothing but a third rate troll.  hehe.  Cheesy

Weekly Update 12/11/13

VMC:

We are continuing to bring in all the parts for mass production of our miners.

AMC:

We will be using a minimum of 50% of our manufacturing capacity to build miners for AMC's mining farm.

This is awesome. Great work Ken.  Grin

People convert to FIAT because you can only buy a Fiat and can't buy a Fiat with Bitcoin. Someone with 1,000 cannot invest it in a safe legal way to get interest. Yet, if 1,000 bitcoin sold at 1000 USD each yields $1,000,000 which can be invested to yield interest.

Until the day that there is a viable, total economy in which the farmer buys seed, pays exploited immigrant workers, sells for, and then is able to pay off loans in bitcoin, we will always convert to FIAT.

And, once Ken makes me rich, I am going to buy two Fiat 500s.

And, a Harley.

With a side car.

Soon, there will be a viable exchange trading ActM shares.
The price will open high, then drop and the cowards, the unbelievers, the wimps, the liars, those without the courage to share in the ActM vision will dump their shares. Then, those of us who believe, will swoop down and buy those shares and then price will normalize. Then, K.S. will deliver good news, and mining will begin in earnest and the dividends will flow like blood at a boxing match, like petroleum in the shale oil fields of Canada, like whiskey in a whiskey factory, and the price of the stock will Zum-Zoom up, up, and then those of us who bought really low will sell some of our shares at huge profits, and then the profits will flow more and ActM buys more chips and designs faster and faster chips until 48% of all mining is done by ActM, and in the same way that G.AsicMiner on BF went from .8 to 4.5 bitcoin in a short time, ActM shares will go from .002 on the complete transfer day to .0108 and then anyone with 10,000 shares will get 108 bitcoin and bitcoin will be selling at 1300 USD so everyone with 10K shares will get 140,400 USD and K.S. will make us all rich.

Why are people still converting to Fiat.  That is sooooo Nov 2013.

Yes excellent news, good to see it going down so well -  can we number crunch based on this release?

You might wonder how?

Well 'over 50% of our manufacturing capabilities' would mean we should have more machines on our farm than the number of machines that we have on order - in other words we are building more machines for ourselves than for customers, so if we are building X number of machines for customers in month 1 then we should be building X+a number for our farm in the same month.

Ken said we had orders for 2.1Mill USD of machines in November alone. So lets say a slightly larger 2.5Mill (X+a) is going into our mining farm build over the same period. All things being equal lets say if 2.1Mill = 100 machines for customers we would build 100+a for ourselves over the same period.

If we assume that we do have the capabilities to produce the 2.1Mill in orders each month (our monthly sales figure if sales remain flat) then will have (in relative terms) by the end of January spent 7.5Mill of manufacturing capability building up our farm - 3months away so 3x2.5=7.5.

This is overall a more rough estimate of manufacturing capabilities but it tallies in well with my previous predictions of the % of total hash we can achieve by February 2014.

In summary if we say we will build more miners for ourselves than we do for customers, and we are taking orders and building 2.1Mill of machines a month for customers, then we will have an even more substantial farm by February (over 7Mill USD worth) than my last prediction suggests.

So both estimates give us a farm that can take no less than 10% of total  global hash through 2014.

VMC - discussion: on.

Guys, should ken open a amazon store?

http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=bitcoin%20miner&sprefix=bitcoin+%2Caps&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Abitcoin%20miner

BFL is selling there, so is ASICMiner eruptors.

This sure would bring more traffic to virtualminingcorp.com and make VMC more legitimate.

Not to sound negative, but if we set up a store and don't actually ship any product they will come down hard. Amazon is a monster in business, very good but also they will crush people that take the piss.

Wait until we can claim our eASIC product has been shipped and then open the store and allow for orders.

WE? WE? we are not going to set up a store. There is no 'we'. There are a bunch of people who gave unsecured loans to a dreamer with engineering skill, and those loans are being called shares, and those shares have no voting, advisory or decision rights.

This is not a club, not a religion, not a family. It is a business, which, hopefully will bring profit and gains to some of us, but every time you say we, it sounds like you really believe this is a family business and you are part of the family.

They are just non-voting shares... pretty simple. But a company is required to act in the best interests of its shareholders, so yes there is kind of a "we" here.

I have to find it, but I think that the implication was end of august, early September.

Yeah, starting to lean towards late August since the press release happened on September 4th, and there were hints of a press release being in the works a few days prior to that and the NRE must have been paid before the press release was published by eASIC.

Ken returned from his trip to eASIC on the 3rd of August.

The following Update was issued on the 26th of July.

Shareholder Update:

Hello everyone, I wanted to give a quick update to every investor as it pertains to this week’s proceedings.

We had several meetings yesterday, namely the meeting with eASIC which went extremely well.  The ground work has been laid and everything is in motion for the NRE as planned down to the smallest of details.  I caution everyone that it will take us a couple of weeks to complete the painstaking process of getting all the funds converted and on to eASIC.  Please understand for business and legal reasons that we cannot go into any more detail at this time.  I would like to say that the future for Active Mining and its shareholders is exceptionally bright and I am over enthused with how this week has played out.  An official announcement will be released in due course.

are you implying that this address is connected to ACTM or eASIC in anyway?

what's interesting is that BTC8,000 at around September 9 would equal to just about $1million… things that make you go hmmmm.

I strongly don't believe that they're connected. While 8000btc on Sept 4 was ~$0.93M (which is roughly what our NRE cost), in ZumZero's quote above Ken mentioned converting the NRE funds from bitcoin into fiat (and like is said in that same quote, a few weeks from early august would be late august early september when the NRE was actually paid would fit with the current timeline of us being in low-volume production and a week or two away from high volume production). Though if there was a way to "backtrace" the 8000btc, we could see if it came from bitfunder or btct addresses which would lend credence to a connection.
