No problem, thanks for the input.

I'd just remind you that there is an orchestrated campaign by our competition going on.

Bye.

...and what are you competing for? Defraud customers?

At least Ken isn't being an immature troll. Hopefully he's using that time to actually work on ACTM. At least we have some desks!

totally worth the $6mil eh?

quote defcoin ==== LOL... oh no, the coin is dead cause $DEV doesn't live on BCT! When will you people learn that everything on here is completely irrelevant next to useless. Devs need to stop using it all together, only then can crypto begin to flourish. It's such a shame that people consider this shit hole to be the pinnacle of information when it comes to developments. I don't blame $DEV for not coming on here, and frankly I am embarrassed that I even check BCT myself.

As "investors" here have shown, they have no problem with that. Sad

Which is quite sad. I have seen many investors here who have blatantly said "Screw the customers". Thankfully they have no say in this company.

I am picturing most of you as a bunch of 14 year old boys who are multitasking between BTCTalk, Reddit, Pornhub and of course fapping.  I guess I'll be back on Wednesday to see if anything interesting has happened. :/

Probably more of the same - 14-yr-olds fapping, you watching.

the real question is - why is soylentcreek picturing 14 year old boys fapping?

Whoever that is, he's seriously pissed right?

I'd say 100% it's Eduardo.

He blames everyone but himself for his own failing company but it happened because he's been on here Trolling the competition for month after month - instead of focusing on his 'core business' and his customers. lol

Enjoy your court case Eduardo, and enjoy your bankruptcy. You deserve nothing less.

Yeah I know, right  Cheesy

But seriously, it just appears to be only trolls here because the normal shareholders seriously don't give a flying fuck about this thread. We know everything will work out, you just need a little bit of patience.
The time and effort some guys here spend on trolling is unbelievable. Some of us have normal lives and jobs, so I assume VE, Crumbs and so on are quite young and Bitcoin is their first investment so they are freaking out thinking everything should be done now but that just not how it works.

I still have faith in Ken and this company and I'm sure in a couple of month the trolls will be quiet too  Smiley

Do you realize with every month of delay, our potential profitability gets cut in half?
Now do the math.. take a number, split it in half once for november, split it again in december, and once more in janruary.
Can you see why people are upset?

in "a couple of month" if this company isn't hashing, it won't be relevant.

Someone explain to me how it is so difficult to make a bitcoin miner. Obviously, for those who have no experience with electronics, FPGA design, etc. it is difficult. I mean assuming you are able to secure a company like eASIC, at least a few seasoned electronics engineers, and a couple software guys....

I don't get it. Sure, you might be a little late. But months and months of no show or nonfunctional product?

Do you realize with every month of delay......

Do you realise the chips are delayed due to unforseen circumstances?
Do you realise that is common across this industry?
Do you realise every month we are late will have little impact on our very healthy online slaes (currently 6Mill over last quarter)?
Do you realise for every month we are late (just 1month last estimate) we only need to add 80% approx to the number of machines in our farm to start where we would have if we'd deployed as planned?
Do you realise that as we only need a few machines to get a good share of global hash we do have the capacity and funds to deploy extra machines to make up for that delay?
Do you realise VE that you have been a very negative influence on this thread?
Do you realise that you told big and blatent lies last week and now very few people read or care what you write?

The problem is we are not making just a bitcoin miner we are making a custom 28nm (new technology for eASIC) chip that has to be quick and have a low power draw. We could have deployed 3months ago with a 90nm chip but the return would have probably been negative. This is cutting edge technology and it has to be to keep up with the competition. It's a bit like Formula One racing. You only do well if you invest a lot of time and money in the latest tech and latest tech ALWAYS takes time to fine-tune and ALWAYS has teething problems.

But a lot of people on here just can't handle those real-world facts.

Well, Ken reputedly contracted easic to do the silicon build.

But where do you see the other skilled hires?  You can't just contract out to 5 different companies or you will get 5 guys blaming each other for the failure.  There has to be in-house engineering integration and they have to know enough about every domain to know when the contractors are lying to you.

All I see is a washed up old man with no skill set in the relevant field who hired his kids.
That is why I was theorizing about StilWell Baker. I contacted them to see if they would acknowledge that they are working with Ken and VMC. Ken may be working with them or with individuals from that business and does not want to expose them.

Do you realise that we do not have any official estimate from Ken/PR saying when we can expect the chips?
It could be tomorrow, it could be next week, could be in a month or two/three months, or even more.
Who knows?
Ken knows!
But he won't let anyone else know because he is a chicken shit and in case there's a new delay he don't want to excuse himself again for yet another delay.

This isn't "months and months of no show". We were supposed to start getting chips (low volume production?) at the end of November. It has been less than 1.5 months since then and Ken implied that full production of the Intellihash(tm) chip has started or is starting soon based on his weekly update from Christmas.

We were supposed to be in full production in end of Nov (before first delay).

Ken implied that full production of the Intellihash(tm) chip has started or is starting soon based on his weekly update from Christmas.

soon as in 2 weeksTM?
