Holding is always positive but you have to hold after doing some researches. You have to find out the possibility of increasing price of a specific coin. For example, if you hold dogecoin, you may get profit but not much. Currently, I'm holding LTC, ONION, NEO. Hope those will have a blast in near future.

In my opinion, Holding on to it is not necessary and will only produce anything, The idea of finding something depends on what you hold. You will do some research on the coins before deciding to get out and by doing that you will know if the coins you keep are still worth keeping.

It seems correct, to hold the current coins I think it is difficult if you want to get a good price because the price on the crypto market that tends to decline makes the token price also decreases because it can not to predict the price then the price if it has a good token is better to sell it.

Just to be sure, invest a coin that has many uses and proven to be in demand in the market. There are a lot of shitcoins that are now in the market so choosing the best coin would really so very hard. So, I suggest to just invest the top 5 coins and it will really give us a huge profit especially if we can hodl it in longer years.

We are all aware that cryptocurrency market is volatile, so if you are not ready for this then it would be better not to invest in crypto. And if you invested in the right coin then holding them is not a problem at all.

In the world of investment we really need to have long patience because if we follow our emotions and decided to pull out our investments this is the time that we lose. So when investing we need to spend only the money that we can afford to lose. Don't invest the money that we are going to use for our everyday needs

Now, looking at the market, we must have very strong nerves to hold our coins. Not everyone will survive not to sell coins, when his portfolio has decreased several times

I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years) Shocked and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?

There is no problems in holding thw main problem here is the ones you hold because not all coins are worth to hold for a long time because some of them are dead coins and shit coins that will never go back up again the price so be aware that the coins that are worth it to grow is the successful coins like bitcoins and ethereum because no matter how many tume they fall the people will still love them and invest on them that makes them recover that price point. So be wise

Nope, it's not a bullshit, it's just about holding the right altcoins, i felt the same as you, every coins that i hold is a loss, not even a single one going skyhigh, but my friends did the same the difference is he kept Spectre and Titanium and both of them are success

Not owning something crypto is a bullshit mind, try to think it's potential value after a year or two? You can even be millionaire if you hold some of it and hold it for a specific time.

I agree with most of the opinions of people from this forum that your coins are not promising. I would sell them in your place and buy other coins. But first you need to study the market to understand which tokens are really promising. Good luck to you!

This is because you are holding the wrong type of coins. Imagine if you would have only been holding btc or eth for all these years what kind of gains you would have made. If you are not good at choosing fundamentally solid projects then better stick to holding bitcoin.

When someone risks to invest money in coins without a solid development plan, launched by unknown developers and without any specific utility, motivated by the belief that any cheap altcoin is called upon to grow exponentially with the passage of time, it is to be expected that this type of situations happen commonly. Therefore, I agree that if you do not have enough experience and knowledge to know in detail the details of a potential investment, it is better to stick to the safest and most reliable options such as bitcoin and ethereum.

No need to panic. The one who thinks that holding this shit is wrong. This is a normal situation when the market forces you to wait more than you wanted.

Well why you held that kind of shitcoins and you haven't notice it yet? The price hasn't moving for years it means the coins that you were holding are already dead next time if you holding altcoins just make sure the coins are in top 10 in coinmarketcap and if you want to invest on less 1 dollar coins, just make sure that your coins that you've invested in isn't a shitcoin or else goodbye money.

If you can list the coins you have been holding for those years, then I will tell you that all of them are shit coins. I HODL one coin for just three four months and it did over 200X, so you see, your problem is that you don't hold good coins. Imagine if you hold eth or btc for those years how much you would have made?

If you are holding coins, then those coins should have good project/product. You can't get any gain holding scam coins. Those coins prices might move up because of the pump. Otherwise, those will die. So the only option you have set some reasonable TP and wait for a pump. Sometime you will get a chance to minimize your loss.
