I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years) and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?

You are a hero but you think as newbie. What coins you are holding is shit and worthless coins. Holding is nothing for that coins. if you hold ppt you will gain much profit. Now there are new coins you can hold, ADA , Electroneum, IOTA. They are good coins. They are in 100 best coins in coinmarketcap.com. Never hold airdrop coins. espers, insane and html coins are not popular coins. The ann is bulshit but in fact it is created greedy developers.

no brah. holding will make you a lot of profit but you gotta choose very carefully what coins or tokens to hold. there are also a lot of altcoins that has no value and that makes HOLDING a bulla bullshit.

needs to be determined on your needs, just take advantage and long term focus only for the coins you believe can grow, you will get dizzy if you do not divide in two patterns (short and long term) because no coins can really move fast unless bitcoin increases significantly with certainty, many holders frustrated because they can not hold assets and real-world sides mixed with urgent personal needs.

Will ,thats your decision and i respect of that,but one things i could say ,that  you always hurriedly to overcome your luck in cryptocurrency investment,and life is not like that sometimes,achieving our ambition is full of trials and difficulties thats disame also in doing an investment trading,therefore  im still believe  holding is still profitable,and all i can do is still wait and patience,because everythings is happen in a reason.

Well you need to be more careful on choosing which coins you want to hold you have to know what percentage is the chance of that specific coins to be on the moon. I suggest you sell that shit coins already and invest on new coins that has high percentage of prospering and hold it until moon.

my advice if you want to hold the coin with long term, make sure you hold a coin that has a high value and trusted, such as bitcoin or eth and other altcoin are ranked well. the coin you have does not have a high value. then wait until the price goes up or wait until the buy and sell value. replace with a better coin.

No it is not. It is a matter of holding a trsuted and a high potential coin that will be trend in the next years. Holding is also risking, make sure to do research and consult many knowledgeable people before holding a specific coin.

Holding is really dangerous because if you hold and coin that has no good potential, you might just lose your money in the process.
That is why in my strategy is to diversify my investment because even how big our trust in our investment, there is no assurance for success.

Holding a great value of coins are very good,  specially if the developer and the team are working hard for that project. But in your case holding a 3 coins are not neccessarily, and it have a low standard more than a years are really bullshit. Charge to experience.
Most of us have a saying hold on to the moon. So holding is not a bullshit.

 if you invested in bad coins and tokens, you are not going to get much in return even if you hold it. This is why I prefer high dividend coins or tokens. They provide steady income even if they don’t somehow reach the moon

well it simply means you didn't choose the right coins. Suppose what would have happened if you holded for example NEM or Ripple for 3-5 years. You would be saying something else...
