If your child wants to understand about bitcoin, just find the game in the play store with the keyword "bitcoin" and there will be a whole bunch of games that explain bitcoin with an easy-to-understand groove. Actually I also have a 12 year old brother and I have also taught him to follow various kinds of bounty campaign in this forum.
12 years of age is a bit less for anyone to follow the bounty campaigns because if they will start developing their interests in earning at the age of 12, then they might loose their concentrations on all the other fields of the life which are also very important for the humans. Furthermore, the best way to teach any child about anything is to discuss it with him and tell him that how the system works at the back end so that he starts thinking about that.

hello guys , i just want to share what am i doing right now to my children, i have a 10 year old kid , he is david . this coming summer i want to teach him about cryptocurrency. especially bitcoin, from his young age i want to share him my knowledge about this kind of things. im happy that he is excited a little bit however it's so hard to explain but then i use some examples like video games as a reference about bitcoin. probably it might be the easiet way to understand how this things works. for example bitcoin is like a video games, you need to do a lot of research about bitcoin to know it and ask some people what  they know about bitcoin or  like experiences  , like games you need to do a lot of practice to mastered the games , can someone help me about this ?
For 10 years old kid i think its not the for you to teach about bitcoin its so early to his age. I have kids too they know that our source of income is from bitcoin but they never ask me what is bitcoin. Because they are kids they enjoying life to play and to teach them home work from their study. But to teach them about bitcoin i think its so early on their age. Teach in the right time

Its not easy for a kid to absorb all your teachings about bitcoin. Me as a student, I read read and read articles about bitcoin but still I cant absorb all the informations i've read so what about for the kid? I think its better to teach bitcoin to those people who are really willing to learn

It is not that much difficult for them. Today's generations kids are smart enough to learn anything and their are various new type of teaching methods are discovered which help them to teach anything Shocked. I think Bitcoin is a new and interesting thing for them. Although it is a complicated thing but if you teach then in a proper way they will get benefits from it. You can teach children about Bitcoin by organising different Bitcoin campaign etc. Children are love to use smartphone gaming applications, if you create them such app for them they will get benefit. Bitcoin is the thing which makes them economic self independent in their future  Wink

It was actually depends on the kid if he/she is interested or not, some of the kids are stubborn and they only want to play so we should introduce them on cryptocurrency at the right age or else they will just neglect us. What we can only teach on our kids is to save money while they are young.

In my opinion the best answer is to hold it. Why? you ask. Because bitcoin is already in demand in the market many people are going nuts in bitcoin and it will continue to grow. There's no such thing as easy millionaire. It takes years for an investment to grow that's what i have learned in investing.

Children who learn about Bitcoin now will be thankful to their parents for teaching them about it because that knowledge will pay off big time as they get older.

your intention is too good to teach children about bitcoin but in principle the child is whether to understand with bitcoin let alone the child is still too early it would be better if the child is focused to study at school, sorry I also have no children.

My child will ask me about Bitcoin when I invest in Bitcoin. I will tell them and teach them how to do it. I think this is a kind of inheritance.

A pretty good idea.
But I think it would be better if we let them first learn at school and play with their friends. There will be a good time and age that is right for us as parents to teach them about what bitcoin is.

What you are doing is good..  Instead of letting him play video games where he can never learn teach him about cryptocurrency or about Bitcoin just share your knowledge to him but make sure also you supervise him because at his age he can't handle a crucial situations happening here..

I don't have a child at the moment but when i do and i think she/he can understand quickly. I won't hesitate to teach them as long as i teach basic knowledge only just not to mess with their brains because they are very young. Today's children also can cope or learn quickly as long as they have the will to learn new things but if they are not willing to learn or pay attention to your teaching then it's hard for them to cope up.

the time I was on stage to play and learn in school but if your child would like to know more then regular use in education learning according to your child's interest, usually in the form of watching movies and the most interesting video games about crypto is attractive enough for the kids. but that must be a record is always supervise your child in learning about Bitcoin and crypto.

If Bitcoin would be taught to children it must be in creative way to attract their attention. If the children are willing to learn btc so then let it be. But parental guidance is advised.

Your child is still very young and it is not good for you to instill this thought. I suggest you wait patiently for him to grow up and teach him.

Hi. Why do you need to teach a 10 yo kid about bitcoin and other cryptocurrency? Do you want to spoiled his childhood?
I think its not good to teach them things that are for adults only.
Please don't spoiled their childhood.

I think the idea of teaching your children about bitcoin in that young age is inappropriate let them experience the fun and  enjoyment they are too young too manipulate or hold that kind of account. They should be playing with their friends and savoring the life of childhood . I think the idea of yours is right you just want to teach your children so that they will be ready on their future but this is not the right time.

Absolutely children with that young age must enjoyed their childhood so when they get adult they can say or shared their children how wonderful childhood they had. Anyway if you see your children is interested in bitcoin you can teach them little by little but don't forced them so they won't feel pressure and the willingness should be there, soon when the right comes they will be the one who will learned it from their selves.

I would like to say that i have kids to and I love the idea of teaching them bitcoin, but maybe not as early as 10 years old. I will let them enjoy childhood as of this time with the physical activities like real sports.
Teaching ang engaging them to bitcoin and virtual life maybe soonest when they themeselves ask for it.
