Great USA government is going to rule the entire world.
All of you ,whether human or other species, on this planet obey USA LAW!

----
As far as I know,,,Havelock is located in Panama,,,
Shouldn't it obey Panama's LAW instead the ALL MIGHTY USA?

The SEC didnt go after the exchange (yet), they went after the issuer, just like I said they would.
As for who has to obey US laws, anyone conducting business in the US or selling securities or soliciting investments  from US investors. That includes cryptx. And of course, virtually the same rules apply in the EU and pretty much everywhere.

another day without answers:

1. Why there is 27 Dragon miners in prospect when according to Your weekly updates about our re-investment fund  we bought 39, for what we spend 220btc?
2. What option of refund from cointerra will we have or maybe it was delivered already?
3. Explain situation with voting, why You ask for vote only shareholders > 5%, it can be use for insider traiding, now You did proper voting please comment if You plan to do it for each big decision ?
5. Did havelock own shares of PETA?
6. How will You use money from selling gear? It will be used as our re-investment funds, so loan left - funds from selling miners = loan to pay after IPO or no?
7. Are money collected in adress 1LYfg4xS6Usde354g9i6YsbrNHyCnspby8 and this 307 which goes to 1B8XALjDtR4u1hvY2z2pAh3wyWu729wkdy are taken to pay loan so only around 960-537 = 303 btc left to pay?

6. apparently the old hardware was sold to buy equivalent hardware with better W/Gh/s efficiency
7. we are getting dividends june 6th apparently, with whatever div/rei is voted on, loan will be paid back through reinvestment's

to add to the questions, are we paying a BTC loan or a fiat loan?
im not happy with having the loan prolong into the rise of BTC value if we are repaying a BTC loan, i think it should be paid back first then go on with what was previously planned, 10/90

Don't know if I understand that thing with BTC or fiat loan...

you mean, if the loan was in fiat, and new hardware bought with fiat, than with rising btc value repaying has to be recalculated to new btc value?

Exactly right, basically if cryptx purchased the mining gear with fiat then that amount would need to be paid back in BTC and calculated at the rate of exchange upon weekly loan payment. This would make it a bit difficult when BTC is constantly on the rise and drop so I highly doubt this will happen, we will probably be paying back a set amount of BTC that is calculated from the time the funds were lent to PETA.

Some clarity is needed

I'm completely lost...

How much do we need to reimburse?

When are we adding Hashing power?

Why was this 2nd ipo so badly priced?

People bought at 0.095 and yest it was at 0.03 a week after the IPO end.... That's Unacceptable!!

How can any new investor buy in when old investors don't even understand what is happening

Also update the stats page something you said you would work 2 months ago

Cryptx please sort it out

Average Hashrate 15 min. 1330 th, new hardware online?
I see that, stats are there at 1330th for five 15 min periods, but where from new hardware?
Most likely just a variance.

You know another reason they could have done it is simply so they could buy cheaper. With so little on the buy side the market was left ripe for manipulation. I know I managed to get some cheap shares as a result of whoever did it. There used to be a few bots on this market, it could have been one of them.

Many reasons why people would sell out but as far as I know there is no major concern here. We are up and mining as planned and people are putting their votes in that will determine div/loan payment reinvestment percentage.

Probable variance, for a better reading stick to the 1hr average. I don't think we are expecting any new hardware for the moment

I agree the payback for the loan given should be in USD, as Bitcoin has risen more than 30% form when the loan was given.

Sadly, volume on havelock is low and if you want to sell some units it immediatly causes the price to crash.

He appears to be in salesman mode, and selling the old equipment at speed.  You can track his posts here:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=142607;sa=showPosts

Nothing to worry about.  Double down.

The funny thing is that I've already received 50% of my initial btc investment back in dividends and the share price is almost 2x what I initially paid. Yeah.. real bad investment. /sarcasm

Meh.
Damn, wish i'd been around to see that, would of snapped those up!!

Generally now is time to buy cheap shares:) In my opinion everything below 0.085 is easy buy if You don't want to exit from PETA, wish I have spare funds...
We are trading at the same level as it was before IPO but now we have 3Xhashpower.
