Do not be scared when the price of the coin you invested in is down after ICO, If you believe in the project, keep holding on some more, and it will surely profit you. Developers are finding ways to deal with dumpers of the coin which makes it fall, surely it will get better.

I think dropping of ICO token value is very normal in this kind of industry. No one can control the market movement. Some ICO can delay their ICO token release just to wait for the right time where their ICO token value is met. Also, remember that the announced ICO token price is not always finite where as its value always tend to either grow higher or to dump.

The tactic is not bad, but you can not always be sure that the price will fall, but if it's just the project that is going to grow fast with the good news of the new listing, it's hard to predict!

It is a fact that in 2018 most of the ICO are unprofitable, approximately 76 percent. Even Te-food did not bring profit to their investors. The rest generally went, well, if you return the money.

It's actually because of the bear market. As soon as market turns bull, ICOs will start to make multiples again.

Many of the losses due to join the ico project in 2018. unlike the existing ico project in 2017 which has a high selling value. I think the quality of the project in 2017 is better than 2018.

Yes, the current market situation is exactly like this. Most ICO has fallen below the issuing price.
So I think this year should focus on finding good tokens rather than continuing to invest in ICO.

Yeah ico's in 2017 is different from 2018 cause in 2017 we have a few number of bounty program, but now in 2018 at the point when the token comes in the market, its cost is lower than the real cost. Ordinarily, in the wake of setting off to the astound, we would prefer not to confront any loss of venture. Numerous tokens return to the genuine cost in the wake of being antagonistically influenced. It can never do a few tokens. The year 2018 is extremely excellent, the tokens are ample at Bitcoin costs.

this is my own opinion but it may help others.

I have found that all the ICOs i have invested in have launched at almost the ICO price but in a few days dipped below the ICO prices by half or 5X for some.

With this i have discovered its better not to invest in an ICO but wait for the launch and the DIP to buy it at the corrected prices made by market forces.
Its just too hard to tell the real or recommended value of a token in an ICO these days.

Hope this helps to the new investors thinking of ICOs

ICO is still a smart way to invest. I would suggest you buy ICO and hold it. the current state of crypto is declining, be careful in investment. ico is still a good investment place.

I have also noticed this kind of scenario like an investor for example buys at an ico @ $1 then after 1 month at exchange almost 90% of the newest project I have seen this the same it almost fell its prices to almost 50% of its ICO price and it only happens only this year of 2018 I hope we have a good fortune next year investing in icos.

Yes, almost all the new tokens that first appear on the exchange start with the ICO price, but then quickly fall in price. This may be due to several reasons. First, this affects the overall state of the crypto-currency market, when all coins and tokens fall in price. Secondly, in this difficult period, ICO teams can themselves overestimate the cost of their tokens for advertising purposes, so after the appearance on the stock exchange, their correction in price immediately occurs.

the success of ICO depends on the market situation very much, if everything falls, then most of the tokens after entering the exchange will also fall, and if everything grows, then all the tokens will also grow

There will be good news to come this year, let us not loss our hope because crypto is volatile and when bearish trend is over, bullish will take place.
It's going to be the time then where we will be enjoying our profit if we hold on now and wait for the market to rise.

Yes, the ICO in 2018 is very different from 2017.
Because of the ICO boom in 2017, too many failed projects!
In 2018, investors more pondering, developers also have more experience!

I don't really know but in my opinion some of coins are distributed to the team and for marketing purposes and when they sell these coins then market rate decreased and one thing more when market down trend start then almost every coin will effected and their rate will goes down,

This is a world turnaround. Like a wheel spin. The phase changes from one condition to another. The condition as you are experiencing (ICO is not well developed) is one of the impacts of the current major cryptocurrency conditions. If he is stable then they will be stable.

Regarding acceptable internet pages for most people hunting for no less than a logic ICO are crypto-rated and analogous technical locations.

Well if that is in the case then there so be no Ico at all and people will just wait for the coin to hit the market, but if the project is going to be great they are going to need funding for it, and if they cannot generate funds for that then the project will go on, but I like that idea that they first put the coin in the market first before getting their funds.
