I believe that a good gambler must be fairly patient and disciplined. Good players understand that there is no point in continuing the game if they see that the game is not going and therefore they will not bet on the late betting rounds. Good players from time to time will make very unexpected decisions.

I agree with you, Good gambler is always good to control himself whatever the situation, sometimes he was make a decision in the right moment and it will refer a big win. Good players are not greedy, they have goals to follow, they know their limits everyday. Gambling is a game of fun but money makes it more interesting. Gamblers should be more responsible because on every action they do, there’s a consequences. A gambler must have all this thing, so they will be broken at the end of the day.

How can you say this is game of fun? People are coming here with low backgrounds. They don’t have much money. With the intentions to get their income increased with gambling, they come for playing and losing all what they have. Yes you can the rich party come for fun and enjoyment but for the normal economic status people, they don’t have any fun or entertainment purposes.

If you disagree with this point then soon or later you will lose more money in gambling because your mindset has tuned for making a easy money from gambling. Fun players never expect a profit from gambling because they think that these are paid games so they will spend some limited amount on these games and will not expect to take that back. But luckily if they get back then they will have more fun but chasing to take back your money will be more dangerous in gambling.

Couple of things that should be taken care like Firstly you should gamble for fun and not for money. Second if you are losing too much money or think its not your day just leave that place and do not gamble for couple of days. Do not play to recover your past lost else you will never enjoy the winning form gambling.

No! I would rather not say everyone, but if you had said most people, then that would have been fine. By the way, chasing profit is a mistake and will always be a mistake. This is the main reason why a lot of people today have ended up an addict. You think there is anything to gain from gambling except just having some fun and if luck just comes your way, you can cart home with some huge amount of money?

A lot of people have missed it with that mindset and that is why I totally agree with the OP. Gambling is not an investment which you are looking for profit, and in fact, the only person looking for profit are the owners, and every gambler is just a piece of the puzzle connected together to make the owners richer. I disagree with this for me a good gambler is a gambler that doesn't create problem to the surrounding, a bad gambler is the one causing problem to the society, like borrowing money from friends to gamble, doing criminal things to get money and used the money for gamble, this type of gambler is a parasites, that is why I label them "bad gambler"

You can be like that only if you are calm at all times of your playing but how many gamblers can have it all at once? It's pretty rare to see a gambler like that coz we all know most of gamblers always getting by their emotion wether they are winning or lossing. I, as a gambler have the last 3 but the first 3, I always tried but it's not that really easy eventhough i'm winning or lossing.

Yes the first point is a very important point, greed is the one that make people suffering from gambling, with greed you can bet bigger and bigger and without you realize you can bet all of your wealth in the gambling, if you think clearly casino is not the place to make profit, if everyone able to make profit, the casino will be closed down, but in reality we see that the owner of casino getting richer and more casino are coming out and don't forget that chasing profit is the first factor that can make you addicted to gambling

I do agree with you, because you really explain very well and i impressed with you. If we want to be a good gambler then we should follow this criteria and then gambling definitely easy to play and we could safe ourself from addiction of gambling. Good person knows how to control emotions, how to make good decisions, same is for every gambler. Huge losses isn`t something we can control, huge losses just happen in life, gambling everything, how you handle that huge lose depends solely from you, and that how you do it make difference between good and bad. Disappointment is not exclusively for gambling, people meet with that every day. Disappointments come from expectation, psychologists say so.
There are gamblers that enjoy in gambling no matter do they win or lose, and the gamblers that are happy after winning and angry after losing. People coming from low backgrounds all in the name of trying to get richer are really deceiving themselves and rather than getting richer, with that mindset, they will always get poorer. This is not happening not just yesterday or day before yesterday, it is a cyclic incidents do happen for hundreds of years.

I will say this again and again, anyone that does not see gambling as a means they can easily lose all their money than win should not even think of getting close to gambling at all. This is not a job or an investment, it is gambling for heaven sake and it is appalling to see people consider this as a way to make profit.

In general, I agree with what you wrote in OP and it is a good informative , and  It is wrong to consider gambling as a full job like, few gamblers. Moreover,  gambling always causes financial losses,  and sometimes even more than profit. In fact, this  field is just for fun and many must accept it.

On the other hand, the criteria of a good gambler is who always wins a lot of money through a smart strategy, and accept the loss, even if it is huge. For me, the best advantage of a good gambler is the self-control, especially in difficult situations (After every big profit, or loss).

Otherwise, I see that the problem common to many gamblers is the  greed, and unfortunately they cannot even stop playing, and because of gambling they always have a lot of debt.

Bless you mate. I really wonder why anyone on earth would think gambling was meant to make them get rich, and even with that mindset, even if they end up hitting a huge amount of money, they would still end up gambling and losing it all.
