Agree, good gamblers are those who are able to keep from falling into things that can interfere with his life. Those who use little of their money to gamble and no intention to use the money that should be used for other purposes, are those that I think a good gambler.

Well, that depends on the definition of good but for me I would actually like to classify those who know how to stop as smart gamblers rather than using the word good.
